And when that time comes, we can truly, finally exist.
Aqua is no sneak, but is quite familiar of being quiet, and heading in an out of places without even, being remotely caught by peers. A formidable spy, as one would say.
A brief example would be in Lady Tremaineâs house back in Cinderellaâs world; Fairy Godmother shrunk down the woman to the size of a mouseâwould be able to head inside without causing any controversy or predicaments with the home dwellers. Met the little mouse Jaq, along with the Princess of Heart, Cinderella herself.
The element of surprise failed, as the spell worn off and the maiden returned back to normal size; unfortunately standing atop a railing, losing her balance and falling a moderate height to the floor below. Caught by the trio, along with the Grand Duke, and being accused a thief.
The blue-haired boy mentioned that he tends to get caught each time inside the castle, did not understand as to why he would go in such a place if itâs regarded, dangerous to a normal civilian. The child is only teenager, probably around Ventusâs age, it would be considered reckless to go into a place whereas oddityâs been sighted.
The Keyblade Master made a few hand gestures, eyebrows furrowing a tad, âI wouldnât mind if you told me, but⌠if what youâre saying, thereâs something really odd, and potentially, dangerous, going on in that castle, why are trying to go inside and see for yourself? Thatâs very reckless.. and you could be walking right into something hazardous.â
Reckless or not Isa did not give a damn; there had to be something going on if the castle was being so heavily guarded. He realized that they might just not want people snooping, but the more secretive they were about it the more Isa did not trust it. Plus, the lab coats were strange. Lab coats meant science, and science could lead to a number of things, good and bad. But if Even was not going to tell him and Ienzo was continuously mute (not that Isa blamed him after what happened) then Isa needed to get the answers himself.
It was a conclusion that most would frown upon, and the Apprentices very much did when they caught him and Lea running about â they were getting better, but that did not change the fact that they just wanted to see the castle and make sure it was safe. The fact they were denied that was just another notch in the handle and made the duo even more determined. Isa did not much care what others thought, but if he could get proof that he and Lea were right about the suspicious happenings â especially with these little blue monster things showing p everywhere â then they would have to believe him, and the adults could make them stop.
That was how things were supposed to work â children go unbelieved until they can show proof, and then sometimes it was too late. Lea would be quick to say I told you so, he often was. Isa frowned, thinking about it and what the woman was saying. He knew it was not a wise thing, and that it could be dangerous, very dangerous. But if he was to believe that Radiant Garden was a safe and warm paradise, then he really had nothing to fear. It was contradictory and he knew it, but he would really rather get proven wrong than there actually being something to fear, but his pride would also like for there to be something so he did not feel crazy.
âWith these things running around, then the whole Garden is already hazardous, since none of us have that thing you used to kill them. Iâve only seen one person with it before but I donât know where he went --.â plus it was made out of wood, not a real looking one like what this woman had âSo going in and getting evidence seems like the only thing I can do to get people to believe me. Then people with actual power can do something about it instead of brushing me off. Then maybe the Garden will be safe.â
â The Darkness has hurt more people than I first             imagined. Iâm sorry this happened to you. â
He waited patiently for the other to drink the potion, perhaps he needed something stronger than a basic level potion?Â
Saix wondered of this personâs understanding and knowledge of the Darkness, and what came of it. The Nobody held the potion for a moment before doing anything with it, not expecting for the state of his face to change - if anything, he expected a vengeful burn.
âThe Darkness I can handle... It is who wields it that caused for my facial damage.â
âWhat a rehearsed answer, VII. I am a bit disappointed in you. But yes, that is all it is. Memories have a very powerful influence on us, but that still does not excuse your disloyalty towards me.â Xemnas stood up and walked over to SaĂŻx. He stood behind him and placed his hands on his shoulders, squeezing tightly.Â
âI have not appreciated your attitude lately, VII. You are far too connected to your memories with Axel and it is interfering with your loyalties.â Xemnas ran his fingers up SaĂŻx neck and into his hair. He gripped it tightly and pulled his head back to look at him. âPerhaps I should get rid of him?â
âThe only reason I hold onto my memories is because of what you have told me. Are they not what separate us from those Dusks?â he was not helping himself, but he was not about to not call Xemnas on things he had said, and seemingly contradicted now. It made no sense. âI have been nothing but loyal, Superior. Completing my missions and ensuring the others...â
The grip in his hair did not hurt as much as it could; Saix was mostly focusing on keeping his nerve. âDo you not need us...? Axel is not afraid of doing your dirty work, acting as your assassin -- or is that irrelevant? You promised our hearts back, getting rid of him would prove nothing with where his loyalties lie, but will reveal much of you.â
âPerhaps, but I have my own Sorcerers patrolling the grounds after ours. There is no need for you to do so.â This was starting to get aggravating. He was denying everything about him and Axelâs plans. He knew exactly what was going on, but confronting him would only drive the two of them apart even more. He needed to make sure SaĂŻx was kept on a tight leash. He crossed his arms and gave him a smile.Â
âDo you still think of you and Axel as âfriendsâ? Is he still as important to you as when you two where children?âÂ
This was the question that was going to cost Saix everything if he did not answer it correctly. He could read Xemnas enough to know that. The smile was unnerving, and could break even the most composed individuals. âThe memories are what are important.â Saix answered. âAxel is not my friend, but Lea was. I have memory with him, but that is all it is, isnât it?â that was a genuine question, as if trying to turn the tables on the Superior. Xemnas knew more than he let on, and Saix was determined to figure it out.
The Diviner did not care how long it took, and how much of himself - or of Isa - became lost to this new persona he adapted to stay alive. There was nothing else he could do but get close to Xemnas and learn of what he sought, and obeyed orders he was given even if they would make Isa sick. âWe cannot be friends, just as none of the other Organization can be. Even Zexion and those who used to care for him.â
The Heartless continued to swarm over towards them with vigor, a sea of blackness blanketed over everything else with only beady yellow eyes leering towards them menacingly desiring to consume their hearts. Terra cletched his teeth roughly, and growled. âI have an idea,â He informed. âHow do you feel about flying?â Â
The yellow eyes were what the Diviner noticed, what he always noticed about the Heartless. It made him ready to destroy them, and get rid of their very existence -- even if they would just come back later. Terra would have a better chance with that blade of his. Claymore still in hand he could sweep some of the closer creatures away. âFlying?â he repeated; from what he knew there was no way of flying in this world. âI am fine with the notion but donât tell me your Keyblade lets you fly?â
âYou have been here for quite some time; VII. I did not think that you needed to continue exploring like children.â Xemnas raised an eyebrow and looked over SaĂŻx. He already knew what they were doing. All he wanted was to see the other try and talk his way out of it. âBut, you were always a curious child, werenât you?â A bit of teasing never hurt.Â
âYou understand that I always expect honesty from you, my Diviner. I made you my Second-In-Command because I value your loyalty and intelligence. But if I find out you are being dishonest; well you already know the consequences.â Xemnas raised a hand to tap his face where SaĂŻx scar would be.
The condescension was met with continued indifference; securing the castle was a habit he had gotten into, and was one of the only times he could cross Axel outside of being on accident. Saix thought it harmless, considering the history - it could be read as nothing more than the two going through the motions that they knew. However, he knew saying that would be more costly than anything.
Being mocked was aggravating, though he was very easily able to keep himself in check - Xemnas covering Kingdom Hearts certainly helped in the moment. His face gave a dull burn with the reminder and for a moment he considered saying nothing. âYes, Superior.â he said with drone âThe last time we did not ensure security in a castle, it cost us our hearts, didnât it?â
âAs to be expected of him.â Xemnas said as he took the clipboard from him and haphazardly tossed it onto the desk. He sat down and gestured for SaĂŻx to do the same. He leaned back in his chair and looked over him with tantalizing smile on his face.
âYou know, VII⌠It has come to my attention that you and VIII have been sneaking around after hours. May I ask what you have been doing?â
Watching his uncaring manner in terms of the clipboard did not do much for Saix; he knew that the man was not going to focus on what they said now. So it was another wonder he would have for later, yet no means to find out about it. Saix was not too inclined to sit, but he knew it would be better if he did.
There was not even a bat of his eye as his mind came up with a half truth. âThere are no real âhoursâ are there Superior? Upon completing work, Axel and I have taken habit of securing and learning of the castle. It is still a place we are getting to know.â
Xemnas heard the portal open from behind his door. He smirked and closed the curtains of the window to prevent any of Kingdom Heartâs light coming into his office. He needed SaĂŻx to have limited power after all.Â
âYou may enter, VII.â He said, waiting for the other to come in. Oh, he could almost feel how amusing this was going to be. He rather enjoyed watching the younger Nobody squirm.
The motion of closing the curtains did not go unnoticed, and Saix had to pretend he was unfazed. A fight may ensue if the curtains were being drawn. He could still feel the presence of the heart shaped moon, but he knew it was being withheld.
His steps were near silent as he entered, the clipboard holding the paperwork being extended. âMission reports from throughout the day.â he did not know what Xemnas really did with them, but Saix knew what he did with his own copies. âAxelâs are a little scorched.â best act as nonchalant as possible until he knew Xemnasâ present motives.
The castle in Radiant Garden was a huge significance that made the town what it was in the first place. A peaceful resort filled with Light, and its own radiance. But, supposed it also held darker secrets than meets the eye. Aqua had been close to the castle; having her first encounter with Kairiâsaving her from the Unversed that strive to harm the little girl, never had the chance to venture inside to look for clues on this new threat.
There was the bold opportunity to actually look inside the castle now, a possibility that the Unversed could be emerging from its hidden walls. Along with that, followed its potential cons that could get the maiden into some trouble with the Apprentices and the owner, if it âtwas only a rumor.
If there was something shady going on inside, what would the woman do to resolve such a thing? Did not know how many Apprentices there were, and how many guards. It would not be wise to face multiple opponents by herself, would be extremely outnumbered and could result in her downfall. The maiden was a Keyblade Master, but that did not mean ruthlessly injuring others with any logical reasoning. Learned that the hard way when Fairy Godmother had spoken to her.
âArenât normally allowed in?â Echoed his words, âIâm not sure.. Unversed are appearing all over, and appear rapid.â Sapphires glanced over at the large castle that pierced the lavender sky. It was odd that none of the citizens were allowed inside the castle. What she meant by all-over, meant that those haphazardly creatures are at every world she visits to.
âWell, I could check it out, but Iâm not sure how to get inside without getting caught by the guards.â Taking a quick little peak wouldnât hurt, right?
âAll overâ was the problem, at least from Isaâs point of view. He did not know what existed outside of the Garden. The boy thought this world was small, and there was not much else to be offered. Where they could come from was beyond him, and the idea of other worlds was never really shared outside of an old bedtime story about the light and the world becoming separated.
Isa never put much stock in it, but he knew that Lea ate it up. There had also been a time where when he went stargazing, he could not help but wonder what would be out there. If there were more people, if the stars were planets â it seemed so out there that Isa could scarcely think about it. Who really knew? These events may make him rethink things, pending on what happened.
As far as the boy was concerned, there had to be something that linked the castle to these things. He was being stubborn, and even if he had no proof no one seemed to know yet there was no real panic. Ansem the Wise should be doing something about these things, not leaving it up to some stranger to do it â especially considering that this woman was demonstrating she was not there on orders of the King. It was suspicious, and Isa wanted to know what was going on.
What was more, the woman was proving that she may try to sneak in. Maybe she would have better luck than Isa and Lea ever did. If he kept an eye on her, if she got in he could see how she did it. She definitely looked like she could take on the guards if needed, though he had never seen them handle a woman before. It would be an interesting thing to witness. âI know a few ways,â Isa said after he had this thought. âThough I tend to get caught once inside⌠Maybe you will have a better eye than I do.â
âThatâs my good pet.â Xemnas tapped him gently beneath his chin and turned to leave. âSee you then.â He summoned a dark corridor and walked through it to head to his own office. He had something he needed to question SaĂŻx about. He had a few aces up his sleeve and he was dying to play at least one of them tonight. He arrived in his office and looked out his large window.Â
Kingdom Hearts stood proudly in the sky. He marveled up at her, a smiled on his face. Soon enough, their plans would come into place.Â
The word would make him shudder if he had his heart, but since he did not have it Saixâs expression just continued its resting irritation. Saix would scuff when the man disappeared behind the portal. His hand rubbed under his chin to get the feel of Xemnasâ fingers away and he turned back to his work. He could not go there in a âpanicâ, and would need to keep his cool disposition in case something came up.
Something always came up, and Saix knew that he was the one that would take the fall for it, or manipulate the situation the best he was able. But he was not about to go out of his way - he still had ranks to break through. With that in mind he was swift to finish his work.
It was then clipped to his board, and a portal opened for added swiftness to get to the manâs office. Nevertheless as he stepped through, he stopped just outside the manâs door, knowing the sound of the portal would be enough for him to know that Saix had arrived.
@xmarkstheheart
Xemnas does not bother knocking on the Divinerâs door when he barges in. He was the Superior. He could do that. He walked over to him and smiled down at him.âVII, I would like you to come to my office once you finish up with your work. I have something important I would like to discuss with you.â A hand would reach out and cup under SaĂŻxâs chin.Â
âSo make sure you get it done quickly.â
Time to himself was something he had copious amounts of. Missions were often solo, and his only social interaction was when he passed others in the castle, or gave out assignments in the Grey Area. When there was sudden entry to his room he knew there were only two possible persons who would dare enter without knocking. To his dismay it was not who he could tolerate being around.
The pen stopped on the paper as his chin was forcibly moved, his eyes narrowing at such treatment. It was not beyond Xemnas to do this, and it did not bode well for the Diviner; he knew what was likely to come. If it could not be discussed here, or upon the Altar of Naught or the chamber linked to his Proof of Existence. Saix would not dismiss the seeming urgency in Xemnasâ demand.
âYes, Superior. I will be finished shortly.â

Do u ever just want to RP with a certain mutual but theyâre like PERFECT and youâre the lord of potatoes?
He watched the otherâs movements and reactions with careful, cat-like eyes. He seemed confused, startled and alarmed. Frowning, he was forced to acknowledge that piece of his own heart in the otherâs, eyes flashing briefly as he used it to suppress just a few touches of emotion. He still would want guilt, loss, to be present, but having the other emotions slightly numbed would be beneficial.
He was amused when the other thought he was his nobody. Youâd think my height would be a very sure strike against that, he thought absently, slightly bitterly. It must have been the eyes. His and Xemnasâ were the same brilliant gold, though his own were just slightly duller, closer to the shade of honey then molten steel. He shook his head, though, in denial of the otherâs question.
âNot exactly.â He answered vaguely, feeling the ground crumble again after he looked around. Frowning slightly, he gestured around the two of them.
âWe are in the rather battered remnants of your unfortunate heart, Isa. Or, would you prefer Saix? I would think the name of a nobody would be more accurate for one so heartless, wouldnât you agree?â His voice had a dulled, taunting tone to it; the taunting only there as part of the ruse to ensnare the other, bind him more tightly to Xehanortâs willâmake him prefer that to his own existence, in fact.Â
But this was just another mission to this Xehanort in particularâhe personally didnât care much if they did ensnare Isa. He supposed if he failed, though, Master Xehanort would likely take that as a sure strike against him. No, better not to fail, then. He wasnât entirely sure of what strategies he should use, howeverâit would have been better to truly send Xemnas for this job, as heâd suggested. But, he supposed it would be best to play on the otherâs guilt, insecurities.
âAfter all, youâve ruined so much and made a mess of everything, havenât you? You drove Lea off quite thoroughly, after all, and he seemed to be the only one close to your âheartâ. How deplorable.â
Not Xemnas, but someone close that much was confirmed. Saix still remembered the Apprentice that suddenly appeared in the Garden. Did this person go by that name? How would it be possible for him to be so young? And to be here? The latter was still not answered. If he was in connection with Xemnas, Saix would need to take it with a grain of salt. But he was here, and nothing else was. Everything was crumbling, and everything was breaking.
That numbness he thought he felt was flickering, but he did not â or rather could not â register that they were real. This was a situation he did not know, in front of someone he was not certain of nor trust, and he could very well disappear at any moment. The fact he had not and the boy before him was being so cryptic did not bode well for the former Diviner even if he did not know why that was yet. He had put pseudo faith in Xemnas, doing as he was told for a decade, only to disappear.
To have everything taken by Axelâs betrayal, and a boy who asked too many of the wrong questions and thought himself more important than the cause of saving them all. The betrayal stuck out for Saix most. For the time being he could only listen to Xehanort. Despite his distrust, Saix could not escape the way which his tone seemed appealing to his ear; like a flame that draws in moths before they get so close that they burn. That was the way which Xemnas had always been. But if this was his heart, then why was Xehanort here? Why was he not whole?
Saix could feel his eyes narrowing at the continuing words, the latter making his fingers curl. âLea is still with me.â if he was Isa, anyway. âAxel is the one that abandoned his past for a chance at make believe. I was not going to play along.â Xehanort was right about one thing, Axel carried the persona of the only person that he was ever really close to after losing their hearts, and even afterward. Best friends, inseparable until they became beings they never should have, and one proved weak. Who that was as subjective â something Saix presently was not.
There was still some fight in the other, the bit of Light that secretly lingered. It was quiet, and on its last legs â which Xehanort was bound to know. That was what this place represented. âTell me,â he tried to push the thoughts of Axel out of his mind âYou said this is the remnants of my heart, but my heart is gone. Kingdom Hearts was out of my reach. How can there be something that has not been without its aid?â sure it was falling to pieces, but it should not exist at all â and Saix wanted to know, he wanted to break the trance like feeling around him, and get rid of the small whisper in his ear.
