Kevin spent all of the og trilogy being desperately reliant on Andrew and Neil to protect him and now he’s speaking up in ways he’d never dream of in order to keep Jean safe let’s talk about GROWTH

I know that Kevin’s fake publicity persona is viewed as a detriment to his character, but I feel like this interview really displays how smart Kevin is. He pivots and dodges and provides answers that steer the interview in the direction he wants it to go. Even when the interviewer tries to pull tricks and Jean is having a mental breakdown right next to him, he finds a way to care for Jean and defend their public image.

Kevin wasn’t able to do that for himself at the Kathy Ferdinand interview, but he had Neil there to save him. Kevin being able to do the same thing for Jean means so much to me.
