Attn: AEW Women’s Title

This last week has been crazy and it seems as though the craziest issues have been regarding the AEW Women’s Championship.

This is the most coveted title for our women’s division and I refuse to allow the controversy surrounding it to continue.

As of now, January 6, the AEW Women’s Championship is now VACATED. @scar-hamlton, you will hand the title over to AEW officials and we will do things the RIGHT way. It will be settled in the ring.

We will be having a tournament that will include every woman who is not currently a champion. @scar-hamlton and @royalqueen-aew will receive first round byes in the tournament. They earned their way to a title match and I refuse to take that opportunity from them but I’m also going to make you ladies earn it.

@ballin-bella, while I truly appreciate your help as general manager and while you’ve made some amazing things happen while @triplehofaew and I were out of power, you did NOT have the full authority to make the match official and with title implications. You are still general manager BUT remember that what you do must be run by us. Consider this a warning. If it happens again and more chaos erupts...then I may need to find another general manager.

This is the one way I can think of to do this fair and honest. If you have any questions, please reach out. The bracket will be released on Tuesday.

Someone forgets that their Daddy only went to Impact back in the day to get talent for my father. They have loyalty to the McMahon family and know that we do our best to make this the best company. Do they bother listening that it’s going to be fixed at our next TV taping? No they don’t.

In my honest opinion Mrs. McMahon, let them leave if they’re so serious about their fathers advising them. Let them miss out on the best wrestling company for miles around because of a booking decision. They think me being Champion is gonna ruin the company? Their bitching and moaning is ruining it already and most people are fed up and over the situation at this point.
