He had been married and divorced, and even had a daughter by his ex wife that he hardly got to see.  When she said she'd be his, he couldn't help but grin from ear to ear. "I'm going to make you the happiest woman alive. I promise." Turning off the car, he undid her seat belt, before pulling her onto his lap. "I'm so lucky you're mine." He murmured, before kissing her heatedly as his arms wrapped around her waist.

Tonight was going to be special, he was sure of it.  He wanted to take the next step and make their relationship official.  He just hoped it wasn't too soon and she'd say yes.

And he wasn't lying as he stared deep into her eyes, searching them.  She didn't deserve any hurt that Dave had left her and he hoped she knew it. "You ready to go? Dinner. And if you want to afterwards, you can pick up Tyson from your room and we can head over to my room and watch a movie or something."
