⸻ named by his father, is the psychopathic second born son of Tatia and younger twin brother of Asbjorn, who had triggered his werewolf curse at the age of five.

⸻ as a child he was always the mischievous one and always eager to learn how to fight and would often spar with his mother and brother. He looks more like his mother than his father.

⸻ he swore revenge on the mikaelson’s for killing his mother but was stopped on his pursuit in finding them by his older twin brother, Asbjorn, due to the fact that Tatia loved the siblings and would not want that. Despite it going against their very nature. A viking never gives up on their revenge. But wanting to be like their mother, just like her, he wanted to see beyond that.

He does not care about the settlers slain in Wessex, even his own wife refer Aethelwulf as “Crazy”. However, aethelwulf has shown moments where he is remorseful when he breaks down in front of his brother saying it is hard being the son of Tatia and how much he misses her. Having been mentored by Ivar, their uncle, from a young age since their mother’s passing, Aethelwulf shares his hatred for outsiders and Christianity .

davina growing up :

⸻  born and raised in NOLA to a mother who was controlling as she was, she only cared about the coven. never paid any attention to davina unless it was beneficial to her. because having davina was not part of her plans.

⸻  her father is out of the picture but the coven hated him because he did magic against him and did expression. that’s all she knows about her father.

⸻  when the coven choose her, davina’s mother was finally proud. For the first time davina saw her smile. But not because of her…But because of the power davina would bring. She never cared about davina living or dying , she only cared about the magic that would fuel the coven.

⸻ so when the harvest finally came, davina’s excitement and pride of being there turned to fear when they were being killed on sight.  Davina witnessed her three friends, Monique, Abigail, and Cassie all being sacrificed in the ritual, but she was with the powers she gain from all 3 she managed to kill some of the witches ( including her own mother ) when marcel interfered and saved her .

⸻ Since coming dying and coming back when the hollow brought her back, she didn’t bring davina back fully as in her soul isn’t completely whole ( since the ancestors Shattered them when davina died a while back ) so she has these dark impulses moments borderline without much morality but its somewhat there .

⸻ as of now she’s looking for a way to turn into a vampire and keep her witch status so heretics and siphoners are very interesting subject for her. along with trying to fill a void she’s been feeling . but when she went to visit hope to surprise her she was also brought back in the past .

⸻ waking up in the middle of the chaos when the harvest was happening davina instinctively protected herself and killed most of the witches there before marcel even interfered . once he came , it was too late for davina to go back. she had untethered the Ancestral Plane from New Orleans preventing further interaction with the living witches and left new orleans to find hope .

⸻ andrea Labonair was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 6, 1991, into the Labonair Family. The Labonair family was one of the two royal families which ruled the Crescent Wolf Clan, which itself ran the French Quarter. As a baby, she was betrothed to Jackson, the heir of the second family of royalty in order to unite the two bloodlines which had grown apart due to in-fighting.

⸻ shortly after her birth, her parents were killed by her own people, later revealed to be Jackson’s grandfather. Marcel Gerard ( the leader of the vampires and an acquaintance of her parents ) found her in her cradle. He took her, protecting her ( following his rules about kids ). when he asked a witch, Brynne Deveraux, possessed by Céleste Dubois to curse the Crescent Clan to stop them he spared Andrea to give her a better start in life. Instead to keep her for his own ends he gave her to Father Kieran who found her a new home. .

⸻   Katerina Petrova born into a noble and wealthy Bulgarian family on june 22nd, 1473.  when she was about 21 years of age, Katerina became pregnant by an unknown man and her family disowned her for the shameful birth of an illegitimate child . She carried the child to term, but seconds after her child’s birth, Katerina’s father took the child away and gave the child to another family, claiming it would be better for both of them to never see one another. Katerina was devastated by this and was banished to England, where she admitted to “quickly becoming English.”

⸻  In 1498, she met Trevor, who introduced her to Lord Elijah, who in turn introduced her to his younger brother, Lord Niklaus . Katerina was attracted to Klaus and in turn he courted her. wanting klaus to fall for her as well she would ask elijah who would give her elusive answers regarding klaus and love.

⸻  until she found out his intentions with her . she tried to run away, but elijah caught her. right before he gave her to klaus he made her drink an elixir, which brought her back but she knew she couldn't stay thus she then became a vampire after she tricked Rose into feeding her her blood and she escaped . becoming he object of Klaus’ wants for over five hundred years after she turned herself because she evaded his plans , katherine ran in order to save herself from him .

⸻  372 years had passed when Katerina arrived in Mystic Falls, Virginia in 1864, by which time she had taken the name Katherine Pierce , to avoid detection by Klaus . Staying with the salvatore family , having spun a story about being orphaned by a fire that killed her family in Atlanta to win their sympathy . 

⸻ her time in mystic falls didn’t go without a little fun. toying with both the Salvatore brothers . which she did grew to care for them both . loving both brothers the same .  she had only compelled them never to tell she was a vampire to others and not to be afraid of her . unfortunately , she knew her time with them would be short as the council started taking actions against vampires. striking a deal with george lockwood to fake her entombing . many believing she died in the church fire.  

⸻  as of recent years , katherine returned to mysric falls to make sure the tomb wasn’t tampered with . It was when she saw a very younger version of herself . a girl 12 years old before learning her to be her doppelganger . still young and named elena , katherine left . 

⸻ everything that happened in s1/s2 is canon . we last see katherine give elena the cure for damon and then leave . she's been following klaus and stefan , returning to mystic falls and fools Bonnie into thinking she's Elena, and manages to steal Esther's Talisman.
