She eventually moves on to the DEA and later the NSA before being transferred to A.R.G.U.S. There, she is placed directly under Amanda Waller and assigned as a mission coordinator. During Project Starfish, Emilia sides with other staff members against Amanda Waller in order to help Task Force X save Corto Maltese.
