Who has the lowest battle IQ?

now before you burn me on a stake hear me out!
Madara is still a very intelligent guy but most his fights are more just brute strength than creative fighting. He doesnβt need to be some super smart guy because he is justβ¦ op- he whoops everyoneβs ass. Madara doesnβt really use creative fighting and planning as well as the others on this list. He doesnβt need to though, he is just that strong.
Most of his intelligence feats arenβt battle related but him just doing a shit ton of planning ahead with the help of an alien plant and some random lucky uchiha kid that has the broken MS ability in the show (obito).
Now to explain why itβs not everyone else starting with the answer I saw the most commented.
itβs not sasuke. Yall just hate him. Yall remember back when he was fighting itachi and he shot fireballs into the sky and also used itachis Amaterasu to send a huge influx of heat into the sky to create a thunderstorm to then be able to use the environment instead of his own charka to create a 1 shot op ass ability? Thats smart af. He even learned how to do use Genjustu well enough to be able to break out of itachiβs Tsukuyomi with only a regular 3 tomeo sharingan. The rigged shuriken? or how about his whole fight against deidara? Itβs not him.

the guy learned sage mode in record time, learned change in charka nature for the rasenshuriken along with every other rasengan variation, using sexy justu against kaguya to catch her off gaurd. Or same with his shadow shuriken + fake shuriken justu to catch zabuza off guard. He is goofy, not dumb.

Back when pain attacked the leaf and fought Kakashi, after maybe 2 minutes of fighting against Kakashi, Kakashi learned the timing of pains all mighty push and came up with an counter that nearly killed that him and if we are being real, the only reason it didnβt is because the plot said Naruto needed to beat pain, not Kakashi.
