Hc that since Pokke is the daughter of Tony Bianca, she can say basic italian phrases, obviously in a very thick accent. That's also why Opera said "Brava" with the final A to her in the movie

Tony Bianca was roman so I guess she also can do a carbonara and nothing else, just the staples. But at least she can understand italian but can't talk. She could also know only bad words lol
