To give oneself entirely to Mary is to give oneself entirely to Christ in the most perfect and pleasing way possible. For the Catholics who have not yet done the total consecration to Mary, I will include a link to both the online copy of St. Louis de Montfort’s “Total Consecration to Mary” as well as the guide and prayers for the consecration. This consecration lasts for 33 days (plus the actual day of total consecration) and is a solemn act in giving oneself, one’s possessions, merits, prayers, everything entirely to Our Blessed Mother in total trust that she will dispense of all things and provide for in all needs accordingly and in the most fitting way possible. There is no creature more pleasing to Our Lord than His Mother; His will is her will and they can never be separated. For this reason, we can and should entirely trust Our Blessed Mother to guide us in all manners of our lives and to mold us into fitting slaves of love for Our Lord.

Could I please have some prayers? I feel so burnt out, like my brain is on fire. And nothing I do is making it feel any better. But I have such a full on week ahead of me. I have Church tomorrow (Sunday). I have rape crisis counselling on Monday, I have a dental appointment on Tuesday that is going to be long and stressful, and I have some Church commitments the other days of the week. My nerves feel so hot and jittery. I've always had a twitch, but whenever I get like this, my body becomes even more twitchy and it's sore and uncomfortable. Please pray that I'm able to make it through this week without things getting worse. I'm going to try and rest when I can.

I’m not sure if this is an ok prayer request but I’m a young woman returning to the catholic faith and I need some help being brave. I might (and most likely will) lose friendships over it and I need the courage to stick with my convictions and the Lord despite that. Your blog and other catholic blogs have already been a lot of help. Thank you!

January was a tough year but we made it

I need prayers very badly.

I’ve had low level control issues when it comes to alcohol for a while now but now i compulsively reach for it and have for at least two weeks straight now.

i havent been to mass since christmas, and before that hadnt been since before advent

i havent been to confession despite struggling with habitual mortal sin

the only time i actually find myself engaging with god is at a protestant prayer group

i want to come back to life but i am just so depressed i cant even get out of bed for reasons apart from basic survival. ive become suic*dal

please pray for gods mercy to cover me and that i would find the courage to go to confession or at least tell my priest everything thats been going on.

I'm going to the ER for my gallbladder, please pray for me I'm so scared

After blood work and an ultrasound they pretty much told me "you're healthy aside from a few gallstones, here's a prescription for strong Tylenol and nausea medication, go talk to the general surgeon on Monday about whether or not you'll need to get your gallbladder removed. Bye 🙂" buddy I'm still in pain I THINK I DO and as scared as I was, once they stuck that awful needle in me, I was ready for surgery. Like just get it over with at that point knock me out I'm here and I'm willing. Anyway the pain medication they gave me in my arm only worked half so when I got home I took two Motrin and was able to kind of sleep for 2 hours on the couch but there's still a teeny bit of pain under my ribs so I'm gonna take a bath and see what that does. Thank you all so much for the prayers I was losing it in the car 🥲

I was originally hoping to wait two weeks before going to talk to the surgeon so I could try one more thing to dissolve the stones on my own but the surgeon said he wanted to see me today 🥲 please pray that I'll be brave and that it goes well
