Valentine's Day themed CakeBox fan-skins :D 'cause if I don't make them, then who will

I actually had a lot of trouble with designing these- especially with the colors, I always struggle with picking color palettes- and I'm sure there are ways I could've done better, but I think they ended up so cute and I love them so much. I definitely plan on drawing them again (even though February is almost over so I probably won't finish anything until March, lol)

These are meant to act as matching couple skins- I wanted them to both have their own individual Valentine's themed inspirations (the Brach's conversation hearts boxes for Boxten, and the Little Debbie "Be My Valentine" mini cakes for Cosmo), while having a few small details from each others theme to sort of tie them together. I don't know how well any of my ideas really come across, but eh, I tried at least

I might make a few minor changes in the future, but overall I'm happy with how they turned out, and I hope you like them too

First piece of digital art since like, August, and probably my last post of 2025.

I don't have any sappy or heartfelt things to say going into the new year, since I'm not really feeling much about it tbh, but here's to hopefully making even more art in 2026

Anyway, Golden Ginger 💛💛💛 I started this piece shortly after I finally managed to unlock the skin, though I spent the most time working on it last night/today. And after about 8 total hours of work, I'm pretty happy with the result :D

This was also my first time drawing Ginger digitally (though I've done a couple traditional doodles of her before), and I think she turned out very pretty

The actual skin in-game really reminds me of Princess Daisy, so I wanted to try and really make her feel like a princess here. And as painful as they are to draw, I love me some good ruffles, lol

Ena5 MizuEna doodle who cheered

I drew Ena around when the event first dropped, but I didn't get around to drawing Mizuki until a few days later. I don't think Mizuki turned out as good as I had hoped, but that's alright.

Also, these costumes were such a pain in the ass to draw, like why do they have to be so detailed?? I hope I managed to do them justice.

I'm honestly not very happy with how the flowers turned out, which sucks, because since she's supposed to be hiding behind them, they ended up covering all of the stuff that actually looked nice >:(

On the bright side, I will have to draw her with this hairstyle again in the future because she looks so fucking pretty with her hair like this it's not even funny.

I have gotta stop trying to write long captions for all my art posts, it is stressing me tf out lol

Case in point, I was supposed to post this like, a god damn WEEK ago, but I wasn't sure what to say about it, so I procrastinated on writing anything, and then I completely forget to post this at all, lmao

Anyway, here's a redesign of the Cosmo fanskin I first made back in mid-may. The original design felt really "first drafty" to me, and there were a few ideas that I was very attached to, which, looking back on it, really made the overall design suffer as a result imo

So I went back and made a couple changes, and I am much happier with the new result- I feel like it gives off the vibe I was going for much more effectively now, and honestly looks a whole lot cuter

Obviously, you're allowed to like the old design better, but I really like the new one, and I hope y'all like it too 🩷

Heya. Sorry I kinda died for two months, lol. Hopefully I can start drawing + posting a bit more regularly again.

I was actually originally gonna work on a different art project, but then my favorite producer put out a new song and I had to go make fanart for it immediately. This song is SO GOOD, please consider going and listening to it, as I will be doing on repeat for the foreseeable future.

This took like, 13 total hours over the past three days to finish, and I had a bit of trouble getting the pose/lighting/effects to look right, but I'm super happy with how this piece turned out. Enjoy!

So uh, there's actually a genus of flowers called cosmos, and so I thought it'd be cute if I made Cosmo a fan skin inspired by them. Plus, there's a species of cosmos known as the chocolate cosmos, that are dark red/brown in color and have a chocolatey scent. So, yeah.

Heya, sorry for the lack of digital art lately. I got a new drawing tablet and pen a while ago, and it feels different then the stuff I used before, so I have to kinda relearn how to draw digitally, which is really disheartening and demotivating, so I just kinda... Didn't, lol.

Finally decided to start working on that though, so here's a little Tsukasa doodle. It took me about an hour and a half, and I think it actually looks pretty good. Not my best work by any means, but it's nice. The shading is very different from what I usually do, and I'm probably not gonna shade like this again, but it was certainly fun to experiment with, at least.

This one took me a good number of days to finish up. Mostly because I went multiple days without working on it 'cause I just wasn't super motivated. But, I am happy to say that it is finally finished. Yay!

I've got some weird feelings about this piece overall. I think it looks nice and cool, and I'm actually really proud of the lighting here (dramatic lighting always intimidates me, and this time was no exception), but I don't think I really managed to get across the intended meaning here. Oh well, you win some you lose some, I suppose.

I tried drawing Boxten's silly little square head for the first time. I think it turned out okay, but I'm not sure if it's quite right. Idk, maybe the glasses are throwing it off- I'm very attached to the glasses, but GOD are they a pain in the ass to draw.
