LOW CALORIE YUMMY CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE!
Basically in a bowl you’re going to combine some rice vinegar and soy sauce. Then add a little bit of honey or sugar or syrup, I tried low cal sweeteners and they tasted horrific so don’t use those but you only need a little bit. Then garlic powder and salt. Then chop up some cucumber (I do slices about 1/4 in thick) and add it in. Make sure it’s fully submerged in the liquid and you can keep it in the fridge up to 3 days (it’s more flavorful the longer you leave it). The best part is that you don’t even eat all of the dressing so you aren’t even having that many calories from it. I estimated about 30 for one cucumbers worth (probably a bit high). I’m making this everyday now. (You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top too if you want!)

Started eating 2 meals a day again for less than a week and i gained almost 8 pounds…how is this even possible???? This aint it

Soup with less than 200 cals
(its almost 3-4 plates depends how much water you add)
So i had posted this recipe on my old account but that recipe after all was shit cause i was just starting to cook back then so rebranding i guess of that recipe for anyone that wants to binge/eat more but dont want the cals.
Ingredients:
1 potato(i know a lot of you dont like potatos because of the carbs but i mostly care about the cals so.....) 100-120 cals depending on the size of your potato (medium is 100 cals)
1 oninon 32 cals
1 tomato 35 cals
Optional but it will taste better if you add:
A bit of salt
Pepper (make sure to not put a lot just the tiniest bit or youll end up making it too hot for you)
(I dont add the cals of the salt and pepper cause a lot of people dont even count them or count them all differently.I count both the salt and pepper 15 cals though)
And finaly
1 stock cube of your favorite flavor(usually one is about 15 cals)
How to make it:
1)Peel the potatos and cut them to even cubes.Once done take your pot and put them to boiling water to boil
2)Peel and chop your onion and also cut your tomato to really smal pieces.
3)Once your potatos start to get a bit soft throw your onions in there to boil with the potatos
4)After that some minutes later when the potatos are half done put your tomato in there
5)A little before its done put your stock cube if you have chosen to use it or throw your salt and pepper and let it boil until you think its ready.
If you put both the cube and the salt and pepper please make sure that you throw your cube first taste it and then decide how much salt or pepper you need.Dont be like me and end up with a salty pepper soup XD
The whole thing should be around 197-200 cals and you will have at least 3 servings for yourself to eat ^^
Also!I recommend:
If you like eggs and need protein you can add a whisked egg in there to make it creamier but make sure you have whisked the egg with some of the hot soup first until it looks cooked and pour it gently but stir quickly into the rest of the soup.(this will prevent the egg to cook into chunks and seperate)It should add about 80 cals rising to 280 cals the whole thing but its worth it since is so filling! ^^

Made half a cup of chia pudding with 50/50 water and greek yoghurt and had some red grapes in it and had a cup of wanter, and im ngl i feel so full and it was only a total of 74kcal…im using this from now on
