Sometimes Anna almost preferred when he was in and out of the institute rather than staying on full time. He always got like this, completely fed up with the babysitting gig. But in the end she was always just grateful for his company, she understood his grumpiness a lot better than most people here did. And he understood that her past with the Brotherhood didn’t define her. That was something to appreciate and keep close. So she tries not to roll her eyes too hard, tossing another piece of candy at him but this time towards his lap. “Ah’m not teachin’ math Logan. Do ya even listen when ah talk or am ah like that teacher in Charlie Brown?”
“Wait a moment” Logan squints at his pile of messy papers, “Ah I’m mistooken, guess everyone in history gets A’s” he lets out a gruff chuckle at the mistake. It didnt matter what class he was teaching, as long as everyone in his class left with the same amount of limbs that they arrived with, what they did during the class was of no concern to him. He was the equivalent of a public school substitute, take roll, and let the kids do their thing. “Hey, anna, i says the rest of your students got A’s as well, go grab us a couple beers from the kitchen why dont’cha”.
