Niko...🥺
The person who owned this copy of Spirit Tracks before me only got up to the second dungeon.
This just came in the mail for me:
I finally got myself a copy of one of the first Zelda games I ever played: Spirit Tracks. This time I'm going to do what I couldn't do as a kid before I lost it, and complete it!!😤😤
This finally came in the mail. Looking forward to using it, especially for my upcoming family trip.
Honestly they're sitting on a small gold mine of potential new Zelda games by having Null as the villain. We have two other timeline branches where Null could possibly still exist. I feel like they're a bit apprehensive about making a Zelda game that takes place within and right after the last game in each of the timeline branches. Like to them each of them has a definite storybook end. Especially the Adult timeline I understand because that one truly feels like it had a definitive end. However, they could make a new game in the Child Timeline because they sort of fucked themselves by making Four Swords Adventure the end of that timeline branch instead of Twilight Princess. There would be no pushback if they made a game that takes place after FSA. Imagine a new Null Zelda game in the Child timeline with an even more eldritch and macabre version of Null that we have to fight playing as an ancestor of Twilight Princess Zelda. Hell, even with what I said about the Adult timeline having a definitve end, they could still make a Null game in that one too. That's two whole potential Zelda games they could make. Just my random thoughts.
I just beat Hero Mode in A Link Between Worlds. After replaying it I can confidently say it's still one of my favorite Zelda games, especially to 100%.
Currently still on my Zelda binge. After finishing A Link To The Past for the 2nd time, I think I wanna replay A Link Between Worlds, but this time attempt it in Hero Mode.
Every April I'm reminded of wowaka's Rolling Girl.
Just beat the Minish Cap for the first time. I played it on the Wii U. It's a really fun game and I kind of see the influence of the Oracle games in places for obvious reasons. The final fight with Vaati using the full power of the Four Sword you developed over the course of your journey throughtout the game made for a really cool climax.
I just beat Oracle of Ages thus completing both Seasons and Ages. These are a super solid duo of games, like really good. I had a fun time and I'm glad I can finally say I've played and beaten the Oracle games. Loved the dungeons, the art style of the character designs, a bunch of the item/tools (the Magentic Gloves should make a return) and the colorful graphics. I also really liked the characters and how much personality these games had. Each game offered a different flavor of fun and exploration. I hope they get the Link's Awakening treatment and get remade.
Currently at the Mermaid Dungeon and other than the fact the map is shaped like a mermaid, I really think the gimmick of this place is really cool. It's kinda like the Spirit Temple in that there's a past and future portion of the dungeon but here it actually ties into progression. If you hit a roadblock in the present version of the map and then you do something to change of the terrain/map (like eliminating a whole wall) in the past version of it, it unlocks a new portion of the map in the present that wasn't there before! Idk, I just find that really neat.😃
I was struggling to remember for a good long time but I think the first Zelda game I ever played as a kid was Spirit Tracks.
Link is setting an unrealistic standard for voe at the “voe and you” classroom. ✨
I just finished Oracle of Seasons for the first time this morning, now I'm starting a Linked Game in Oracle of Ages, which I'm also playing for the first time.
I'm gonna restart my playthrough of Majora's Mask. Felt like I should after beating Ocarina of Time 3D.
I just beat Ocarina of Time 3D. Still an amazing game. Had a great time revisiting this classic through the 3DS version.
