She's inspired by sleep paralysis demons, and carnival Venice outfits.

I had to go thru your whole archive cause I couldn't believe you've never done fanart for Rise Of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (and I mean that as a compliment cause I adore this show, but also because you have such a distincive way of drawing smirking characters)
