Yesterday I saw a bunch of cockroaches!

It's already that time of year, huh~!

A bunch of roachies, that was gross~!

What's that? You imagine that I was uncomfortable?

I was uncomfortable. (laughs)

But

Roachies don't actually scare me too much.

Even when they first pop out, I'm just kinda like

After I've greeted them, I grab a tissue and pick them up by hand and get rid of them!

Oh, also, that bunch of cockroaches was not in my house. I've never seen a cockroach in my house~.

But more importantly,

Right now, my hair is brown, right?

It's already been brown for almost 6 months, right?

It's been a while since it was purple, right?

So whenever I look in the mirror,

I'm like, uwah!! (゜ロ゜ノ)ノ

Like, oh yeah, it used to purple~!

It's surprising to have brown hair.

I've always had this image of being purple, but

If you really, really think about it,

I was only purple for a surprisingly short time.

For at least half the time[in CP], I had brown hair.

Yup. How unexpected~.

While I was moving equipment around, both my hands were full, so I couldn't pull them back up, and I was almost pantless...

These past few days I've been having trouble getting up, But today I woke up early just like I usually do with problem.

Well, actually, I went back to sleep after that, I ended up waking up later than usual~...

There are frozen gyoza

That you can prepare without oil or water, right?

A little while ago

I tried to make one of those waterless, oiless gyoza

It was my first time to make one of them, so

I was kind of worried, like, how can it cook properly without oil or water?

But also I was interested to see how it would turn out.

And embracing that feeling.

I opened the package and put it in the frying pan

Huh? That's it? Really? I was feeling nervous, so I tried reading what was written on the packaging,

And of course, it said, "Prepares without oil or water!"

Alright, if that's what it says, I guess I'll believe it.

And so I lit the stove.

Then I realized, oh, the lid! and grabbed the lid, and while I was at it, I put some water into the pan before covering it.

Now it's definitely going to cook well~.

But of course, I'm always worried, so I decided to peek into the pan and check.

Yup, the water is sizzling just right to cook with...

But this

This is too much water isn't it?

Huh?

AH!!! (;゜0゜)！

I PUT WATER IN THERE!!

What am I doing?

It says not to use water!!

But without realizing it, I acted out of habit

And added water to it.

So I went quickly to pour out some of the water and,

A bunch of the gyoza fell into the sink.

When food falls on the floor, it's okay to eat it  within three seconds, that's the 3-second-rule, but

Does that still apply when you drop things in the sink?

Well, I didn't spend much time thinking about it, I just quickly gathered them up and put them back into the pan.

But the gyoza were hot. And all swollen from the water.

And I was overreacting, so I smooshed one with my hands.

But even with all these troubles,

Somehow, I was able to successfully cook gyoza.

Lots of things went down, I was able to make something tasty.

Without oil or water.

That was supposed to make it easier, but

I feel kind of like it actually made a lot more work for me.

Well anyway

Habit is scary.

Lately my drumming sounds good!

I've definitely been getting better~!!

I actually feel pretty good about myself!

Well, you know~

I suck at ad-libbing~.

But right now, I'm studying jazz

And usually in jazz songs, there's drum solos, right?

Obviously, ad-lib solos.

My biggest weakness~.

At first, all my solos just sounded like, "what the heck is that,"

But I'm gradually getting used to it!

And as I get used to it, I'm gaining confidence!

Rei-kun was really, really good at ad-libbing, wasn't he?

I always wondered, what must be going on in his head, to be able to play like that! But now I'm staring to get it!

I mean, I still need a lot of work..

I'll get better~!

Thank you so much for yesterday!

It's been about three and a half years for Called≠Plan

It's been about 10 months for Called≠Plan's minoru

Really thanks so much!

But I also feel like, "Really, it's only been 10 months?" because I've experienced so much, it's really been the full experience!

There's so many things that I would never have experienced and so many people that I would never have met without Called≠Plan.

It's really changed my life, in a big, big way.

Even though I didn't know about anything, I was made a member And so at first I was terrified that I would be an annoyance to the other members. I wasn't sure how to be onstage, I don't really feel right with everyone looking at me, and most of all, I was desperate to not be a bother with my drumming.

I was so bad, but the members supported me so politely, and the Yanchaaz received me so kindly as well.

Your kindness has really helped me grow..

But I think I was still a big annoyance to the members. If I were a better drummer, or a more experienced drummer I think we could have been an even better band.

Yuuto-kun, Rei-kun, Otoha-kun, syu-kun, I'm sorry for being so much trouble. And Thank you so much.

And all the Yanchaaz While always encouraging me with a smile, you became a big symbol of support for me! Thank you so much!

These past 10 months In these past 10 months I received so much And I don't think I was able to give anything back to you.

But I'll make the best of everything I received And I'll work hard to become someone who can give someting back to all of you.

(ANOTHER LONG ENTRY! But Rei says some really good things.)

June 13 2013, not a historic event or anything of consequence.

But, for Called≠Plan and all of you, it's nevertheless a day we will never forget.

Since Called≠Plan was formed, for me there has been nothing more exciting. That's a good thing.

What I mean is, being with these members has been surreal, and I felt like I could live that kind of life day in and day out. When I think of that, I'm really happy.

But I think that this band embodied every part of my being. In particular, I was able to solidly define my guitar style, about the time when KimiPIECE came out. When I made those songs, I really thought I was a genius (lol)

And then, I switched over to drums, and with that came some annoyances that I bothered everyone with. Sorry. But it was a really important personal experience for me. For some people, when they first saw me as a drummer, they started to like me.

I'm not very good. If I could explain it to you, I would, but I really don't know what to say.

There's thing I'd like to say to each member, so let me try and write it out.

minoru How was it, spending about a year with us? You were suddenly thrust into a live of constant tours, and you never once complained about it. I really thought that you wanted to build your life around the band, and I was happy to have been able to work with such a drummer. I've never really been one to show my emotions, but the feeling I have now is pretty strong. I'm basically a big mess who tries too hard (lol) But sometimes you've just gotta let it out. And when that time comes, you really see why I'm bad at this. I wish there was a way for me to stand back and watch myself from afar. But minoru, I really respect the effort that you always put forth. I'm really happy that I was able to meet such a drummer. Thank you.

syu When I met you almost four years ago, you were such a scrub (lol) But my intuition was right. I thought, this guy is definitely going to be somebody. I never said it until now, but the truth is, I think you're a real prodigy. There's not another bassist who looks as cool onstage as you do. You're that special. I've always thought that you were a master of light, and I was a master of dark. Of course there's a lot of people who love you, syu. When you looked at me during that session on April 8th at BIG CAT, and you told me that I was cool, I was really happy. From here on, keep working on your bass solos. I'm counting on it. You're a bassist, but for the guitarist in me, you were the only musician I took advice from.f

Otohyan I've known you for a while now, haven't I. I feel like I've known you forever, like we've become the kind of friends where I don't really have to say anything for you to know what I want to say. We've spent a lot of time together. Otohyan never really played guitar much before, and you'd always say, "I can't play guitar like you..." But that's not true. I'm nothing without your rhythm guitar. In that sense, rhythm guitar is more important than lead guitar. As far as I'm concerned, you play the best rhythm gitar. Behind a showy guy, there's always a simple one supporting him. And that simple guy's work is the most important. I feel like someday, all of Otohyan's big ideas will lead to big things. Like, do you think if we had one of those signs with our name going across it set up on the rack, would we sell more CDs? (lol) But really, Otohyan has always been there to help me. Really, thank you.

Yuuto You are the king of extremely good luck (lol) Also you're pretty shameless (lol) To take what I want to say and put it bluntly: I think you're a wonderful human being. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of people trying to get a hold of you. You never really bragged about anything, but the way you so effortlessly carried yourself was so cool. I guess you always play your cards right. Let me have that kind of intuition to follow from now on. No matter where you go from here, I have a lot of hopes for you.  You can totally tell from what I've already say, but if I could just add one more thing, it would be that I expect you to become a vocalist full of charisma.  Of all the vocalists there are, I'll never be able to find another like you, so I'm not sure what to do. That uncertainty is a compliment though. You're just that good. And aren't there so many vocalists who can never be that good? Yuuto, keep on working hard.

MAR-san For this three years and seven months, I really want to thank you. You've helped us since before we were labeled, and you've really been the one who had our backs more than anyone else in my life. I've said a lot of rude things, and we've had our conflicts, but you were really the kindest person, and you understood me more than anyone else. You're a wonderful president. I'm glad that I was able to be one of the bands beneath such a president. Yesterday, MAR-san, you told me that it wasn't because of you that we've come so far, but that's not true. If it weren't for you, I would never have made it to this point. It's all thanks to you. I've never really understood what it was to be "grateful" to someone, but surely what I'm feeling now is gratitude. So MAR-san has also taught me gratefulness. Thank you so much.

All the Yanchaaz Having met all of you because of Called≠Plan is really a miracle. I have no words for how everyone fell in love with Called≠Plan's music. It's really the best. I can say that you've all touched my heart. That my band had the best audience. I saw a lot of smiles and a lot of tears. Without Called≠Plan, I never would have seen all these people and faces. From here on out, if somehow Called≠Plan comes up in your conversations, please say this. The Yanchaaz were amazing, and that's why Called≠Plan was amazing.

I learned a lot from everyone. Each and every Yanchaa will lead a different life from now on, I supposed. But I think that as far as our overall ambition goes, we're all just striving for happiness together. To get married, to make a home and have children, and live a long life.

I think that's what happiness is for a girl. So I hope that everyone is able to achieve that happiness. I really hope for that. It's bothersome, but for the children that you someday will have, take care of yourselves now, okay? Even more so for those of you who already have kids, please take care of yourselves now.

I've gotten pretty off-topic but, I won't forget everyone's cute smiles and tears. I won't forget for my entire life. Thank you so, so much.

This blog will probably become my last. How was it guys? Pretty long, huh (lol) Did you read it all? From now on my life will be different than it was when I was in this band, and I'll live a normal life. I'll have a boring job to work every day, and then I'll come home and watch baseball. I don't think I'll ever be as happier than I am right now. If I had to look forward to something, it would be to put out music again, even if only online. If someone were to hear some music without knowing who made it and think, "That song is good," and it was a song that I had made... I'm sure that it will happen someday, and it will be another miracle.

Called≠Plan's breakup GIG...

It's been a day but it hasn't really hit me yet.

After yesterday's GIG ende

The members all went out to eat.

Afterward, Rei drove us home

And we all talked in the car

It wasn't at all different

We just argued about stupid stuff

It was really fun...

We used to go to the studio every Monday and Thursday,

And we had a few gigs a month,

Nagoya, Tokyo, Sendai, Fukoka, Okayama, Shizuoka...

We went to a lot of places...

I feel like we'll continue living like that.

Called≠Plan's first out-of-area live,

When we first went to Nagoya,

I was so nervous, but

Everyone in Nagoya received us so warmly.

It didn't even feel like our first time away from home

I was fun.

There was also a time when 100 people came to our instore

It seems like there were a lot of passionate Yanchaaz (〃ω〃)

And our first Tokyo GIG.

Called≠Plan had never made it so far away

We were nervous, and Shibuya's atmosphere was kind of intimidating

We were uncertain about a lot of things (○-ω-○)

At that time, only 1 person came to see us.

Or rather, there was one person who it was questionable

Whether or not they knew Called≠Plan (lol)

Nevertheless we kept on going

And eventually lots of people would come when we did instores

We would be able to have multiple one-mans in Tokyo

I was really happy.

We weren't able to visit the Northeastern areas or Fukuoka very much, but

Each time we went, it was really wild

Even in places where we had never played before,

it was so wild you wouldn't have known it.

No matter where we went, we really had a connection with the fans

Looking that far,

We were able to have a really good time (○・ω・○)

We weren't able to go to many places much, 

But we really wanted to go all over,

I still feel a little like that.

And Osaka.

Of course, we had our GIG there yesterday,

And it's our hometown, so it's familiar,

And we have a good connection,

And there were fans who have been there

Since Called≠Plan began

It's definitely a special city.

I said this in my MC yesterday too

After half a year, or a year or so,

When people who love Called≠Plan come,

When "I love Called≠Plan!"

Becomes "I loved Called≠Plan"

Becomes "Called≠Plan? Ah... there was a band like that~"

I'm sure there's people who will start to forget.

But as long as your came to Called≠Plan's GIGs

Or listened to Called≠Plan's songs

Or came to our instores

If you can remember that once a year, once every ten years,

And still remember

"Oh, that was fun..."

That's enough for me.

And no matter how much time goes by, when you think back

And you remember Called≠Plan

If you give our great songs another listen

I'll be even happier!

Five years later, 10 years later,

We won't get any less great

I think we made great songs,

So no matter how much time goes by

I'm sure that they will still be cool.

It's presumptuous but,

I don't think there's any band as cool as us

That's what I think, so I don't feel like losing!! (lol)

Rei-san made those great songs

syutarou and minosan made those great rhythms

And no one else could sing it like Yuutoku...

For me, this band, Called≠Plan

I don't think that my position was

That important.

There were a lot of things that 

I depended on the other members for.

Still, I was able to work with them

We were really good

This band Called≠Plan

I'm proud of it.

Everyone, thanks for everything up to now (○・ω・○)

And to those you who always rooted for that Called≠Plan

All the Yanchaaz

Thanks for always supporting us!

Your messages and letters always give me strength.

If I read them when I'm feeling down.

I get the feeling that I can do just a little more.

When I have something I need to do,

They give me a turbo boost

And make me feel like giving it my best.

As far as Called≠Plan goes, the most important thing is

Without a doubt, the Yanchaaz

I'm quick to complain, but

I was able to do this much

And it's all thanks to you.

I said this in yesterday's MC too, but

If there were a Called≠Plan puzzle,

Yuutoku on vocal,

Rei-san and I on guitar,

syutarou on bass,

minosan on drums,

MAR-san who always looked over us,

Yagi-san who was never anything but trouble but always nice at least,

Our makeup artist who always did our makeup perfectly,

Our costume artist who always made us the coolest costumes,

And that cameraman who always took our photos,

And the employees who always invited us to their events,

The CD shop shopkeepers,

The magazine editors,

The livehouse staff,

And all the other staff...

There would really be a lot of pieces

But if you really wanted to put together a Called≠Plan puzzle

At the very end, the most important piece would be

All of the Yanchaaz.

I'm not good at putting my thoughts together, 

And I'm not good at speaking out my feelings, but

For me, the Yanchaaz

Are really, really precious

And there's definitely nothing that could replace you

There's no substitute for your existence.

And

If to all of you

There's really no substitute for Called≠Plan's existence

That's the ultimate happiness for us.

So the last piece, the Yanchaazu

From here, always, always

Will have a special place in my heart.

From here, no matter what difficulties lie ahead

If I remember all of you

I feel like I'll be able to overcome whatever comes my way.

And if somehow I had the opportunity

To let everyone listen to those songs I made again, it's be good

But that's just what I think.

This has gotten a little bit long, but

It's already been about a day since our live yesterday was over.

Thanks to everyone's support, we were able to enjoy our lives right up until the very end, thank you so much~!

To think that I won't be able to spend every day thinking about Called≠Plan like I have been up until now is really sad.

I'm going to miss it so much.

I think that yesterday was, without a doubt, our best live yet! We and the Yanchaaz really made a strong last effort! There's not a single thing I would change

Preparing for the show was really nothing out of the ordinary, but now just thinking about those ordinary preparations makes me cry. Yuuto and Rei-san and Otohyan and minosan and I will never share a noisy dressing room like that again

And I cried a lot during the live lol

Everyone was smiling~! lol

And that totally made me cry~ Damn~

And yet we were able to have such fun up until the end

Yesterday, I gave letters to each member, but I was basically crying the whole time I wrote them ( ; ; )

To minosan In comparison to the others, minosan and I only spent a short time together, but thank you for it! minosan and I commanded the rhythm section, but how did he do? We were a good rhythm section! I'm younger than you, so I'm sorry that I was so casual and occasionally cocky around you! (I don't really think about that kind of thing) Anyway, you really put out some good rhythms! Thanks~!!

To Yuutoku

Even now, thanks so much, Yuutoku. Yuutoku was really a friend to me, always easy to talk to, and the member with I hung out with the most outside of band affairs. And as far as him being a vocalist, I think he was a really cool one. He could rap and shout and really brought a lot of variety to his work. From here on out, you'd better keep on becoming a better and better vocalist! I'll be rooting for you!

Otohyan

Otohyan was always there to talk to when I felt worried or down! Otohyan is a really good listener, so whenever I talked to him I always felt at ease! Whenever I had something that I needed to take care of, he was always there to help! Concerning him as a guitarist, I really like his phrasing, his songwriting, and his lyrics! Otohyan really has potential as a guitarist, songwriter, or lyricist! I'll definitely support you!

Rei-san! Rei-san is the member with whom I spent the most time overall! He always had good advice about music and about life, and I'm going to take all of it to heart. I'm so, so grateful to Rei-san for giving a guy like me this opportunity. Like, I'm so grateful that words of gratitude can't express how grateful I am. Rei-san is an amazing guitarist who writes really good songs, and I respect him a lot! I was able to become a better bassist, and also more of an adult, thanks to Rei-san. Really, thank you so much~.

And to all of the Yanchaaz Thanks for these three and a half years. We made it. I guess there's fans who like me and fans who don't. But to everyone who loved Called≠Plan, thank you so much~. I'm so happy that we were able to travel around and see Yanchaaz all over the country, I'll always be happy about that! I was able to make happy and crying memories with you all. Please keep us in your hearts, and don't be upset about it ^^ I'm sure you guys will have some tough times ahead of you at some point, But I think that Called≠Plan's music can lend you strength So when you're feeling down or you're sick Please, listen to Called≠Plan.

The thing is... I'm really happy that I was able to write some lyrics I mean, there are a lot of people who write better than I do But I just wrote like myself, with what few words I know, And still I was able to move some people, and give them strength. That makes me so happy. I'm so happy that what I wanted to say, I was able to say with music

Just, always keep listening to Called≠Plan's music!

MAR-san First of all, Sorry for acting too casual around you sometimes!!! lol Okay, I apologized! lol MAR-san really helped us out with a lot of things. When you're talking to MAR-san, you really can't help yourself from enjoying it and having fun! I wanna go out to eat and be noisy with everyone again sometime! Thank you for taking us for one last meal with our labelmates! If anything ever comes up, please let me speak with you again! Thanks for everything up to now!

【PSA】Announcement from Called≠Plan【2013-05-01 12:00:00】

Yuuto June 13th 2014*-- Called≠Plan will break up after our oneman live at Osaka RUIDO. Called≠Plan was my first real band. I started out Incapable, unknowing, but was able to gain many experience from which to grow. I received a lot of strength from our Yanchaas. Thanks so much. We've made it so far because of your voices... as our dissolution draws near, I'll be thinking that a lot. Together the members and the Yanchaas cried, laughed, and messed around every day. That's something that only we will be able to look back on for the rest of our lives, and I'm proud to say that you were all the friends who gave those memories to us. I'm luck to have met such wonderful members and Yanchaas. In the half month we have left, I want everyone to see our GIGs at their best, so everyone please lend us a little more strength in the end. Thank you.

Otoha I'm sorry for the sudden announcement. As we announced at our GIG the other day, Called≠Plan will disband on June 13th at our oneman at Osaka RUIDO. Called≠Plan was together for about three years. And as for me, Called≠Plan has been my life, and is nothing but happy memories. I guess we couldn't make music to change the world, but if just one of our songs would leave a mark in your heart, I'd be so happy. We don't have many GIGs left, but so that we leave you with something special to remember at each one, we'll do our very best. Everyone who supported Called≠Plan, and the people who helped us along the way, thank you so much.

Rei Called≠Plan formed in November of 2009. Our Yanchaas really have done nothing but support us. To break up and not be able to give you anything in return for it was a difficult decision. We started from nothing, worked on song by song, and soon enough, more than 30 songs were born. And not just the songs, but the photos and videos, each one of which we put all our effort into, will always remain. For that, there is no way we can thank all of you who gave us your love. I was blessed also to have met these members. I have my regrets, but I want to move forward in my life carrying even those with me. There's not a lot of time left before we disband, but until the very end, we'll work hard to be the best band ever.

syu It's been decided that Called≠Plan will break up on June 13th, 2013. For all of the fans who have been supporting us up until now, we really regret to have made such an announcement. We have about half a month until we disband, so let's do our best to have fun together and make sure that all of you who are looking forward to seeing us have no regrets! Look after us until the very end!

minoru We're going to disband. I'm so sorry. Me, I've spent about 10 months drumming with Called≠Plan. It hasn't been long at all, but I've gained a lot, and it's been a really, really productive ten months. And those wonderful 10 months I owe to these members, our staff, and all of the Yanchaas. No matter how much I thank you, I can't thank you enough because I'm filled with so much gratitude. And just the same, I'm filled with so much regret[on the decision]. I'm sorry. Everyone, thank you so, so much.

April Fools!

Have you been lied to yet??

As for me, I have an old memory, so I don't lie anymore.

I went to an all-boys high school, but On April Fools day, I confessed to a male classmate

"I've always loved you. Please date me."

Of course, lying. It was a lie.

But

He totally believed it.

He was like, "What? I didn't know you were like that, minoru. Gross." 

Even though I said, "But it's a lie? It's April Fools!"

It got kind of awkward

And after that, every time I saw him, it was awkward.

One I had said that, it kind of seemed like it was true.

Like, since I'm minoru, it's believable.

But wait, what do I mean it's true?!

I'm not like that!!

I wrote about this yesterday, but recently my friends' bands keep breaking up

Four of them have recently announced their breakup

They're all great bands

Bands I really like

They're such great bands, and yet it happens that they are going to break up.

The reason for breaking up differs from band to band,

For one band to keep going for a really long time is hard.

As far as the power it takes for a band to keep going, I think that the support of the fans plays a really big role

That we're able to hold onemans like this one

I think it's all because of you.

Thank you so much. 

Honestly

When I heard ZUCK was breaking up

I felt really down

But when I heard that our A tickets were sold out

And

When I heard everyone's words of support

It picked me right back up!

I was touched!

There's lots and lots of really wonderful music in the world, huh I think that a lot lately (○・ω・○)

Japanese music and western music The more music I listen to, The more artists' lives I see,

The worse it seems that I can't absorb it all myself (○-ω-○)

But of course, it's boring to do the same things as other people, So we are working to create a type of music that no one but our band can do, and that's the originality we're pursuing

I think that I want to make this year a year in which I grow to learn a lot (○・ω・○)
