built two new clothing factories to increase exports. i had initially held off from making use of that space because i wanted to build a gas power plant there, but i won't unlock that for like another 25 years or so, so i might as well make use of that now

also set up a new sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant, as well as a large hospital, in order to support the growing population, cause our sewage and water infrastructure was really being pushed to the limits
