the new flats they added to the game unlockable with soviet functionalism are quite nice tbh, both aesthetically and stat-wise

from left to right, we have two medium flats (70 workers, 112 workers), which are both quite space-efficient with decent capacity. however, the 112 worker flat doesn't have any backdoors, which can make access a little awkward

the next three flats are large flats (176 workers, 255 workers, 220 workers), all with excellent capacity, although the cost per flat and quality of flat are both inferior to prefab flats. the 176 worker flat doesn't have any backdoors, the 255 worker flat does have backdoors but is also just very long, so my favourite has to be the 220 worker flat. it has a through road for road vehicles and a bunch of exits on three sides of the building, which make access very convenient for both cars and pedestrians

the amo buff is nice and has really helped make the transport line smoother but +7kmh isn't able to make up for the low carrying capacity. still gonna have to replace them with the ya-4 when it comes out
