im amused to learn that the mi-8 is the world's most produced helicopter cause the ussr didnt waste resources making a whole new copter when the mi-8 worked perfectly fine, so they just kept manufacturing it forever. even today its still being produced and used in many countries

apparently the clumps of hard fat i have on my tummy from estradiol injections is called lipohypertrophy, which also happens to people who do insulin injections and whatnot, and the advice is to rotate injection sites so the hypertrophy goes away

that's gonna be tricky cause i've only ever done injectiosn on my abdomen before
