Watch and learn, Sammalam! Maybe one day I’ll show you some of my secret ingredients. For now, observe my ritualistic cooking dance. It adds that extra kick to any dish, really. Quite literally adds to the whole experience - for both the chef and diner.

I am so happy that I got to see little Ambi ( @amberphoenixx ) <3 and finally meet Asher( @asherkeene )! We met up at a cozy cafe halfway between NYC and our cabin for some yummy coffee. Ah I missed her so much that I just wanted to cuddle with her all dayyyyy.

@gabrielkazakov My man! I’ve been thinking about you from the second I landed in NY for Christmas! You know, I should’ve given you a call earlier but it’s just been so busy this holiday season. Hooowever, I’m sure I’ll be able to somehow make amends by making you a home cooked meal (you know you love my cooking) and pouring you a cold stein of beer. I’ll be here for a few days after New Years! What do you say we bear hug for as long as possible before I leave?

So let’s see… this was probably my 4th snowy Christmas? Growing up in the South African and Miami heat meant that clothes were peeled off like gift wrappers. Despite freezing my balls off, I enjoyed my time shacked up in this cosy holiday cabin. It’s been a while since I’ve seen my parents and siblings. We’re a good bunch and now we’re growing. Welcome to the family, Onyx.
