in my original sketch she had a sweater on because i didn't think that far ahead it was actually just based on that one audition frame...but then i finished with her sweater and i was like...well what now...

i was thinking of placing just several dolls behind her and then that's it. but then i still have ball-jointed dolls fatigue from my recent santa art and it just was not exciting to me (not right now).

and so i was listening to a lot of daft punk for the past few days, but especially while working on this (at my parents', at the airport, back home now) and i thought about 'instant crush' 's music video and i was like wait. a mannequin. a bust. etc

boobs are still some of the most difficult body parts to draw and color.........but man they are the most enjoyable most difficult things to draw.
