With tonight being the night of the Snezhnaya AQ release, there's a lot of questions I'm hoping to see answered during the 7.X era, especially when it comes to Childe:
When and how did Childe get his Vision, and what was the ambition that triggered it?
Why did Childe's Vision malfunction back in Fontaine?
What is the true nature of Foul Legacy?
What is the deeper connection between Childe and the All-devouring Narwhal?
What were the contents of the contract between the Tsaritsa and Zhongli?
Which ancient civilization did Childe stumble upon in the Abyss, and why did his presence awaken the creatures sleeping there?
At what age did Childe become a harbinger?
Where are Childe's older siblings, and what were their feelings about him pre-abyss and post-abyss?
What was Childe's life really like before the Abyss? Did he have a friend?
Who was the young boy that the Voyager possessed? Was it Hero Ajax/Aias, a separate significant figure, or will the identity be unimportant?
What are Zhongli's origins?
With the Hero Ajax/Aias being the "second-strongest in the alliance," who was the first?
Who was it that said that prophecy-like quote in Childe's boss archive? Was it Vedrfolnir, or someone else?
Why did Childe's father name him Ajax? Was it purely happenstance, or did he choose it knowing the power of names in Teyvat?
Was it just a coincidence that Childe never touched a gnosis, or is there a larger reason behind it?
Why did the Abyss target Childe?
With there being strong similarities between Ajax/Aias, Parsifal, Touzannou and Childe, is there a connection between them, and of what nature? Is it due to the power of names, or a case of reincarnation?
I'm also hoping they give us the full series of the Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies. I've been waiting for that for so long. But in any case, happy Snezhnaya Update Day, everyone! May all (or at the very least, most of) our questions be answered! 🥳
