The tadc ending is rly incredible actually. Like it's a heartwrenching kind of sadness but the way it ended for the characters, especially for jax, fit so well. I'm not saying that Jax deserved to be abstracted, and I'm not saying she deserved to be forgiven immediately, or at all, for everything she's done to everyone else, but the way they ended it for her fits so well while also making it so sad that she never got to be herself, open up, or fix anything she did. I think she would've been lovely and that's what hurts the most. The thought of what could have been vs what actually happened and the fact that it didn't have to end that way because there were people who reached out to her is what makes the ending so painfully good
It also makes total sense to me that everyone in the circus is not actually human, just digital copies of their human counterparts. That explains so well why they can't escape the circus at all
im rly happy about how it turned out for Caine. Like jax, he did many horrible things, maybe even worse than Jax, but unlike jax, he got to make up for them because he faced the consequences of his actions and made up for them
I'm glad that everyone in the circus got to see what their lives outside the circus are like. It gives them a sense of hope and relief that they don't need to escape because in reality everything is fine. That scene also reminded me that there were people who never got to know that everything is okay in the real world and never got to know what their actual lives are like. I rly like the mural they painted for the abstracted ones too.
Overall I think the ending was perfect. When the show first came out I was wary of it because I would always see the characters in brainrot videos and that kinda deterred me from it. I don't think people fully realized how potentially deep the show could have been at the time of the pilot so they took it lightly. I'm happy that now people are taking it more seriously and seeing it for how it really is. As much as I'm sad that it ended the way it did for Jax and the rest of the abstracted ones, I know that that's the way it was meant to be (that doesn't stop me from looking at unabstracted jax fanart tho)
Anyways Jax is a girl and abstradegy is canon have a good night
