special interest. alternatively, peanuts

Peanuts like the nut? Or the comic? I don't really like peanuts by themselves, but I like peanut butter, and peanut butter foods, but not peanuts. I like chocolates with peanuts in them, but not peanuts by themselves. Is that weird? I think it's pretty weird.

If you mean the comic, like the one with snoopy, I think it's pretty cool. I haven't read it much, but I'm trying to watch the cartoon. One time I was sick and all I did was watch peanuts. That was a pretty good day. I also think the author is pretty cool. He wasn't racist when people in his time were pretty racist. That's cool. I remember seeing something about his editor not wanting a black character in his comics, and the author (I think his name was Schultz?) told him to suck it. I think that's what happened. So that's pretty cool.

I don't have a specific special interest. I have a lot of little things I like, but not something I'm focused on. Is that weird? I feel like every time I'm on tumblr, I see people talk about their special interests, and then I just don't have one, and I feel like I should. I think if I did have a special interest, i would be a sci-fi nerd. Y'know like star wars and star trek and doctor who kind of stuff. But I never had the opportunity to get into any of those things, and I feel like now it's too late to join the fandom because at this point the enterprises for those things are so big and there are too many movies and sequels and things like that for me to catch up, and at this point the fandoms are so old that it's too late for me to catch up now.

If we're talking about interests in general, I really like epic, gravity falls, the owl house, stuff like that. Yes, I know it's childish and all, but epic is getting a sequel (prequel? Idk) and the owl house is getting a graphic novel (I think) and the gravity falls fandom is still going strong, so I'm not too worried

I also really like webtoons but I'm not gonna talk about that because then this post would be way too long. Maybe one day I'll make a post about my favorite webtoons

I like to sing? Idk if that's an interest but I like it. Have you ever sang a song in an empty house before? It's fun you should try it. Just sing as loud as you can even if it sounds bad

I like posting on my offical blogs, if that counts as an interest. I have this blog and then @the-middle-child-offical and @incorrect-autocorrect-offical (that one is new). Ironically, this blog is my first blog, which is funny because it's not even my most famous blog and I don't post as often on here

I feel like I could have a lot of interests if I was just given the opportunity, but I don't. Maybe one day I'll get into the things I've been meaning to get into.

Oh! And I like short films. Especially animated ones. I really like Butterfly Business and Education with Lawrence and Toni (the creator is on tumblr as @sweaterface if you wanted to check it out) I also like In a Heartbeat, which is a really popular one in general
