Blog Rules

Hey there! To ensure this blog will stay fun, I've got a couple of rules:

1) My favorite part of the Inazuma series is GO, which is what I'll be focusing on. So far, there's no ban on which GO character you can request (if this changes, I'll update it).

2) Requesting characters from the originals is also fine, although I will not write season 3 characters since I haven't seen it. Background characters may or may not be written, but the main characters are definitely okay. I will very rarely write them as teens, though; this is GO-based, so I will mostly be writing about them as adults.

3) I haven't seen Ares and will not be writing for it.

4) I do not write romance or NSFW content. No shipping.

5) Please don't simply use the ask box to ask when I will update, the answer will always be that I don't know. If people do ask me that, I will ignore it.

I think that's it, although if necessary, I will update these rules. Please keep these in mind, and have fun exploring my blog!

HI PEOPLE

In case you haven't noticed I'm back :)))

I HAVE MY FREEDOM. MASTER HAS GIVEN YARA A THESIS GRADE. YARA IS FREEEEEEEEEEEEEE. And also back from holiday now bc I was in Italy last week.

Legit tho. I haven't written since the last AR update, I've been so busy. BUT THAT IS GONNA CHANGE NOW MUHAHA. Also I have tons of inspiration again (was also lacking for a while there) so Imma try my best!!

I have two questions:

Why do you think you enjoy writing fanfiction specifically for Inazuma Eleven Go?

How do you usually get new ideas and what inspires you to keep writing them?

Truth is I don't write only for Inazuma Eleven GO, I write for a lot of fandoms. I just haven't uploaded anything for it (except that one story on a secondary account lol) XD

But IE in general will always have a special place in my heart. I loved it as a kid, so much, and - fun fact about me - I get very very motion sick, so as a kid I couldn't do much more than think about shows and books in the car, and one of my favorites to fantasize about was Inazuma Eleven. Kind of a precursor for fanfiction! As for GO, specifically, I like the storyline more. I think the whole Fifth Sector thing is pretty cool and there's a lot of smaller plot points that could be used to make stories of. I also really like the characters, and I kinda got disengaged with the original series because I haven't seen it in so long, even though I would say it's better than GO in many ways.

As for new ideas, I get them from literally anywhere. Movies I watch. Other fanfiction I read. Songs that I fixate on. Sometimes I'm just doing something and putting them into fanfiction context. A lot of the time, it's also a very very very far spinoff from a different story - I've got like five active storylines in my head for pretty much all of my stories, even though most of them won't make it into the final work but I just like daydreaming about them, and that develops further and further and snowballs into an entirely different story. As for how I keep being inspired for a single story in particular, when I'm fixating on it I just daydream about it all the time, and then I fixate onto other things and come back a couple weeks or months later and start rediscovering all the old ideas I was excited about. Pinterest boards and song playlists also really help me.

I've got a lot more free time now than I've had the past half year so I'm really hoping to get back into writing soon!

Damn I'm trying to write a ff rn... I'm mid sentence and I just realized, that it might be too similiar to AR and another story I've read idk why but even though it's not really the same I feel like I shouldn't write it... What do I do...?

My advise would be to stay away from really specific details from the stories that inspired it or are similar, like, let's say the stalker joke from AR. But the general concept of a character traveling back in time, going through it again, being crazy about it, etc. wouldn't be a problem for me at all.

But if you really want to know for sure, just ask the author. I guarantee that any decent writer won't mind; I certainly don't. Just be polite about it, and most people will be happy that you respect them enough to ask!

So I've been seeing a lot of assassination classroom / inazuma eleven crossovers floating around on ao3 and now all I can think is...

Someone: Tenma, you take the shot.

Tenma, cocking a gun: yessir!

Someone: NOT THAT KIND OF SHOT.

After all, Yuuichi hasn't forgotten a certain boy's propensity for trouble. So far Tenma has been behaving, maybe even a little too well, but Yuuichi can't forget the fact that that kid almost single-handedly started a revolution at thirteen.
