Yasei-ji is a snow leopard mutant living with their sibling, moriko, they are wild and feral as they live in the montane forest in Arazona they can only communicate with turtle noises and leopard noises, they are younger than moriko.

Moriko is unbalanced as they walk like this and without something to hold onto, and she walks as slow as ever, chittering quietly as she passes the medbay entrance.}

Not long after, Aster approaches Moriko. He looks not happy, letting out a growl.
'Go back. You're sick, you could get the kids sick!'
How did he know?!
{Moriko, without something to hold onto, finally loses her balance and falls over. She clicks and hisses before coughing.}
He grabs Moriko and carries her back into the medbay.
Aster puts her back into the tub, renewing the water again.
'Stay.'
{Moriko huffs, but she doesn't stay, immediately trying to make her slow escape again.}
Aster holds her back for a moment.
'Where are you going?'
{Moriko mews before falling limp as Aster holds her back.}
He sighs and picking her up again. Aster dries Moriko off. Slowly, he carries her her to the med bed, building a nest with the blankets.
*Yasei-Ji jumped out of the tub, shaking the water off, a wet kitty, mewing to moriko, resting next to moriko*
{Moriko looks around, trying to think of how to get off the bed without hurting himself in their slow state. Moriko then starts meowing to Yasei-ji.}
“Need sun. Distract Aster?”
[That's all in leopard. Aster can't understand shit.]
Aster growls and quickly throws a towel over Yasei-ji. He dries the big cat off, so the nest won't get wet.
He adjusts the heater, making sure its not too cold in here to trigger hibernation. Then he offers food to Moriko.
*Yasei-Ji nodded to moriko, licking moriko more before bowling to aster, snapping at asters leg slightly and trying to get aster to follow*
{Moriko sniffs over the food before just 'resting', waiting for her opportunity.}
Aster huffs but yelps as Yasei-ji snaps at him.
'Stop that!'
He growls, pushing her away.
*Yasei-Ji mewed louder, hacking and coughing, throwing up all over the ground and mewing pitifully, sick*

Aster clicks agitated, his tail whipping around.
"Remind me why we have to have you here...?"
He hisses out at Yasei-ji, pushing away from the puke. Aster cleans the snow leopard's snout. Then he cleans the floor. He grabs a blanket, wrapping Yasei-ji in it.
*Yasei-Ji mewed pitiful, sick little kitty, snuggling into the blanket and watching moriko before yowling, hurt*

"Hello, who are you?"
*Yasei-Ji tilted their head slightly, mewing again before sinking into the shadows, curious but hesitant at this strange turtle*
Asha still watches. She goes up on her feet just to kneel on the ground. She pspspspsps to the leopard, holding out her hand.
*Yasei-Ji's ears perk up, running over to the turtle the second she hears the pspspspsps, nuzzling into the turtles hand and purring*
She smiles and chuckles quietly.
"Hello~"
Asha churrs to her, gently patting the mutant.
*Yasei-Ji mewed louder, nuzzling into the strange turtle, turtle chirping, 'new turtle, strange turtle'
With a surprised chirp, Asha looks with wide eyes at her.
"Oh, you can speak- Oh wait."
'I'm Asha. Who are you?'
*Yasei-Ji murphed, stepping back and sitting down, watching asha, asha strange turtle*
'Yasei-Ji, moriko taught me'
Asha nods.
'You and Moriko are hunting partners?'
Are these two friends? Or did they just meet? Asha gets curious.
'Siblings, moriko helped take care of me when we were younger, got taken here by hunters'
She nods again. So they're really close.
'Yasei-Ji is safe here. And you look so fluffy.'
Asha holds out her hand, asking for permission to pet Yasei-Ji.
*Yasei-Ji butted their head into asha, rubbing against asha*
'Moriko protects me, know its safe'
She laughs, petting and caressing gently over Yasei-Ji's fur.
Asha churrs, watching the leopard fascinated.
*Yasei-Ji purred, melting into ashas hold, their tail flicking slightly. Enjoying the pets*
Asha coos, nuzzling Yasei-ji.
'Did you hunt? Are you hungry?'
'Hunted, killed prey, ate prey, resting is in den'
She nods, churring again. Asha gasps gently before standing up. She goes to her drawer and pulls out a soft triangular scarf.
Asha let Yasei-Ji sniff the fabric before putting it loosely around her neck.
"Looks good."
*Yasei-Ji watched asha before sniffing the fabric and playing with it, fascinated*
'Whats this'
'A Bandana. Or you can call it a scarf.'
She smiles, watching Yasei-Ji.
*Yasei-Ji grabbed the scarf, playing with it and rolling around*
Asha laughs.
"So cute."
She searches around her room before she finds what she searched for: The laser pointer.
Asha turns it on and projects a red dot right next to Yasei-Ji.
*Yasei-Ji's pupils grew wide before attacking the strange dot, her tail flicking around*
Asha laughs more, but still quietly.
She moves the red dot around, letting her chase after it.
*Yasei-Ji ran after the dot, trying to kill it, hissing*

Asha turns it on and projects a red dot right next to Yasei-Ji.
*Yasei-Ji's pupils grew wide before attacking the strange dot, her tail flicking around*
Asha laughs more, but still quietly.
She moves the red dot around, letting her chase after it.
*Yasei-Ji ran after the dot, trying to kill it, hissing*
