Hello there ! im the ac blog labrynnacrossing. I recently followed your other blog and I saw your post about this sideblog. I suffer with Depression & Anxiety, with some troubles with it this passed week because I changed my meds. Anyway, Thank you for this blog, im looking forward to see your posts! :3 Ps; you can publish this ask, I don't mind ^.^

I also suffer from depression, anxiety and panic attacks. I thought that if I could look at uplifting things, it might help me work through issues of my own. The goal in starting this side blog is to let others know that they aren’t alone. Everyone at some point in their lives suffer from something, and I want everyone to know that it’s ok not to be ok all the time. We are all human, we all have feelings and emotions. Some days will be much better than others, and the days that are great should be celebrated. Also the days that aren’t great should be celebrated as well, because we are alive. Lol whoops I started to ramble. I’ll stop now 😆

they are in japanese but they’re all super easy to navigate without having to translate! the links all go to the blogs “design lists” which have pictures of every pattern the creator has made. just click on the pattern you like and it should take you to a page with the qr code!
