myeorim:
he hesitates for a second after placing the tenth shirt inside his bag. yejun seems to be reading his mind, which is kinda scary, but he is allowed to do that. when someone is friends for as long as they have and when someone deals with yeorim for as long as yejun has, it’s easy to see through him. yejun knows him like the back of his hand, but yeorim is not going to change his ways and yejun knows that. “I’m not taking ‘too much crap’ I’m just taking the strictly necessary,” he quips before folding the next pair of pants “I mean, I need clothes! something for the day, a t-shirt, and a sweatshirt, I mean, what if it’s hot then cold? I can’t predict the weather.”
he opens a drawer, grabs a few more items and then makes a beeline to the other side of the room, picks two bottles and looks at Yejun, who is fixing him with his eyes “what? I need cologne! everyone needs it, I want to smell nice, ok? well, nicer that is. he stuffs the items in his bag – considerably bigger than yejun’s. it has wheels too, so he can easily pull it without too much effort. plus, yejun is going to end up helping anyway. “don’t give me that look” he says as he quickly skips over to where yejun is, armed with all of his cuteness just in case he needs to use it on the male. he tiptoes (damn yejun and his long ass legs) only to lean over his friends’ back and paw at it like a cat, placing his chin over the other’s shoulder. “we’re not facing a zoombie apocalypse, nunnie, this is not a grab what you can trip.” and still, he doesn’t need half the things he has in his bag, he’s not gonna wear half of it – not to mention the fact that he’ll be home and he still has clothes in his parents’ house, but he decides to ignore that thought for the moment.
“so, have you made plans already? I mean, you always make plans anywhere you go, so I’m sure you have the three days mapped in your head already. if you make me go or do something boring, I’ll kill you though.”
“Yeo Yeo, you’ve got enough clothes in there to last you a week. You think I’m blind? That I didn’t see the massive ass rolling suitcase you’re casually packing your entire existence into?” A sigh rents the air as Yejun shakes his head, absolutely exasperated by his best friend, and ready to just throw him into a suitcase and take the other just like that. But even with all his grumblings, he wouldn’t change him for the world. Yeorim is exactly who Yejun wants him to be; a frustrating, absolutely impossible and positively infuriating ball of fluff, that he knows he can’t live without. “You’ve got enough shit in there to last you all four seasons!”
Rolling his eyes when yet more stuff is hastily grabbed by the other male and tucked away with the rest, Yejun groans and inches up onto his tiptoes, inspecting the bag almost bursting with contents. He really has packed everything but the kitchen sink. “God damn it, Yeorim… I’m gonna be weighed down,” he complains, emitting a whine as his shoulders slump, defeated. Yejun is gonna have to carry it all, and it doesn’t look light, not in the slightest. His best friend really does like to make his life more difficult. Feeling Yeorim’s presence at his back, the brunet smiles with his words and reaches back to lightly pat and squeeze the others hipbone, knowing he’s holding himself on his toes, just to see over his shoulder. It’s cute, but pretty much everything about the smaller male is cute. Or adorable, pretty, handsome or beautiful. He’s truly a sight to behold. “Listen, if a zombie apocalypse does happen, I’ll be prepared and you’ll be thankful,” he muses, turning his head to meet Yeorim’s eyes.
“I was thinking the first day there, we’ll just chill by or in the pool out back, because… comfort. And the next day we could go to the funfair that breezes into town, and the last day is yours to decide.”
