Well, I don’t. It was a joke because I had spent that day in the hospital being asked repeatedly to rate my pain. And that thought crossed my mind every time. The accusation that you ‘involve’ your doctor is super irritating for a lot of reasons even if you set aside the fact that it’s not at all what you said or described.

It would not be a bad thing to tell your doctor about things in your life just because they pertain to sex. Someone telling their doctor that they engage in pain play is fine.
