The question from the interviewer definitely took the girl aback; she was definitely not prepared for that, even if she knew the answer to that by heart. It was always somehow bittersweet to her that people ask her/them why they keep changing concepts so much. ‘Is it a good thing because that means they’ve been keeping track of us? Or is it a bad thing because changing concepts constantly isn’t going to favor a lot of people?’ These are the questions that run through the mind of Jang Yeeun whenever they ask that ONE question. But then another side or hers comes alongㅡ ‘who cares?’ “Well, as we have said before, we want to try many different concepts as possible. From Pepe that had a somehow feminine and chic sound, then Like that had a cute quirky sound, then High Heels that was giving off highly sophisticated and very feminine side, then No oh oh that was quirky overall, and Hobgoblin that was a hundred percent girl-crush concept, this time with Where Are You, we are showing a Retro sound as of the 1950s’ music! It’s not much concepts yet but we want to try many many more other concepts- like Ballad, for example, or R&B as our title track.” she nodded at the interviewer, a shy and insecure smile on her face. She was nervous; being interviewed alone was one of the things she was nervous about. “Ah well I guess that’s the end huh?” she gave a slight chuckle, then bowed towards the camera, and waved both of her hands. “Thank you for watching this and I hope that you support us, CLC, with our new comeback, title track named ‘Where Are You’~ thank you, this has been CLC’s Jang Yeeun, have a nice day~!”
