Seeing as how I feel the need to make this post, I will. 

There is no reason for the EXO-L’s to blame NCT-U for their debut date nor to be hostile towards the member Taeyong. Speaking in a matter of simple terms, NCT-U has no choice in when their debut date, so there is no reason to blame them for their debut date to be the day following EXO’s debut. As an EXO-L myself, I can understand why you would feel upset. The day that a group you held dear to your heart debuted that day and it would only seem to be “over shadowed” by NCT-U’s debut. But that is something you must come to terms with.

It is something neither NCT-U nor us could have helped, it was already planned for that day so try to let go of the anger you feel.

As for Taeyong, there is no reason to be hostile to the boy. Not after he’s publicly apologized for actions he’s done as a kid. He is a 21 year old man, a man who has had to deal with people bringing up a past I’m sure he wants to do over.

To constantly bring up a past that is no longer relevant due to the age in which it happened, is like if someone told you that you could no longer drink anything on a rug because as a child you spilled your juice over it. It’s quite ridiculous to constantly bring up, so I ask that you let go of the hostility you feel as it’s not good to harbor within yourself.

And now I ask you, as an EXO-L and an NCT stan, let our fandoms coerce peacefully and without a meaningless fight because of a debut date we could not help. Let’s cheer our boys on, okay?
