there is no plan B when manifesting
If you’re thinking about Plan B, then you’ve already decided Plan A might not work.
And that right there is the problem.
When you’re manifesting something there is no need for a backup. Why would there be? Plan B only exists when you don’t fully believe in Plan A. It’s a soft cushion for failure, a silent admission that "maybe this won’t happen," and the moment you entertain that thought, you’re already out of alignment.
Manifestation is not about hoping or trying or "seeing how it goes." It’s about knowing. It’s about choosing your reality and refusing to entertain anything that contradicts it.
The universe doesn’t respond to hesitation. It doesn’t respond to your fallback plans or your doubts or your inner negotiations. It responds to certainty — unwavering, grounded, undeniable knowing. The kind of knowing that says: This is mine. It’s done. There’s nothing more to figure out.
Neville Goddard said it best:
“Do not condition your desire. Just accept it as it comes to you. Give it all your faith. Do not ask how it will come about.”
You don’t need to know the how. You don’t need to prepare for what might go wrong. Your only job is to live in the end -> to mentally dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled so deeply that it becomes your only truth.
If you’re constantly checking for proof or creating alternate routes "just in case," you’re signaling that you don’t actually have it — that you’re still waiting for it, hoping for it, doubting it.
Drop the fear, drop the second-guessing, and fully commit to your desired reality as if it’s already here.
The 3D will begin to bend. Reality starts catching up. And suddenly you’re not chasing anything anymore — because it’s already yours.
Creation is finished. It was always finished. The only thing that ever needed to change was your mind.
So no, there is no Plan B. Because when you believe in Plan A with your whole being, Plan B becomes irrelevant.

after almost 2 years of trying literally every method on the menu (including redoing my nighttime routine 40 different ways), i hit a point of cognitive fatigue. i realized i wasn’t failing because i wasn’t doing enough. i was failing because i kept assuming i had to do specific things in order to shift. so i used @hrrtshape’s anti-method (linked here) and let the assumption unravel. i laid down, let my brain spiral, and held a single thought like a match in the dark:
“what if i already shifted and just forgot?”
that was it. not a hypothesis, not a question to test, but just an epistemic interruption. something that bypassed all my intellectual resistance. the shift happened when the assumption collapsed. i stopped treating the dr like a destination and started recognizing it as default. i wasn’t locked out. i was just still playing along with a story that said i was.
and yeah, my brain fought it. it tried to fact-check me back into place. “you're still in your room.” “you're not shifting.” “you're still in your cr.” and that’s fine. it’s supposed to do that. i didn't argue back. i just kept holding that thought that i'd forgotten i'd shifted. once you let go of the narrative, the mind doesn't know how to defend its own limitation.
so if you’re exhausted from trying? good. that’s your entry point. that’s the system cracking. let it. not in defeat, but in relief. the void isn’t something you summon. it’s what’s left when you stop performing.
i didn’t shift by effort. i shifted because i stopped assuming i hadn’t. you’re already in your dr, you have already shifted.

What does that make you? A master manifestor like you've always been. CRAZYYY RIGHT? 😂
Is there anything impossible for you? Nope. All you gotta do is know that it's already done. That's it. Simple pimple easy peasy.
Your 3d reflects your imagination. Isn't that great. It's not about having what you want, it's about having what you assume that you have. So do yourself a favour and assume that you already have it. That's it. NO MATTER WHAT, I REPEAT NO MATTER WHAT

NO. imagination is everything, ITS EVERYTHING!! if you come to me saying “oh well i’ve being doing everything right and i’ve been persisting in my assumption and i see no movement” 1. you’re dwelling on trying to see movement on any fact that your desire is coming to you. 2. you just reaffirmed failure “i see no movement” 3. you’re seeing your imagination as a technique to try and get something faster in the 3D. 4. you didn’t change self. change self and the world follows, YOU HAVE WHAT YOU WANT ALREADY AND I WILL SLAM THE DOOR IN YOUR FACE EVERY TIME UNTIL YOU ACCEPT THAT FACT. IMAGINATION IS THE ONLY THING YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO WORRY ABOUT, ONCE YOU CLAIM IT IN IMAGINATION THEN ITS ALREADY DONE. YOU EXPERIENCED IT ALREADY. DISMISSING THE 3D
in the loass community, "ignoring" the 3D is a very common phrase, but i find that this often leads to confusion and stress. i think that a much better phrase for it is "dismissing the 3D."
your subconscious responds to feelings. your subconscious doesn't have eyes; it cannot see your 3D. and your thoughts (dominant or not) do not manifest. your subconscious mind doesn't care what your conscious mind is thinking: it cares about your state.
your 3D is a manifestation of your previous state. your 3D doesn't look the way it does right now because of any thoughts you've had, it looks that way because it is reflecting your dwelling state. so how do you change your 3D? by changing your dwelling state.
you don't need to ignore your 3D, you need to dismiss it.
an example i'm going to use is one i've been getting a lot of questions about: you're living in your parents house in the 3D, but you're manifesting moving into your own place. how do you ignore the 3D?
you wake up in your old bed every day, in your old bedroom. you go to your old bathroom and take a shower in your old shower. you go to your old kitchen and do your old dishes and eat your old food. your parents talk to you and tell you you need to clean your old house. you sit down for family dinner at your old dining room table and talk about the things you did in your old house that day. then you sit down with your parents on your old couch and watch a movie on your old tv before going to sleep in your old bed in your old bedroom.
how are you supposed to ignore the 3D when you are constantly witnessing it? how are you supposed to not think about your current 3D when you are constantly dealing with it?
because you don't need to ignore your 3D, you need to dismiss it.
as i mentioned earlier, your subconscious is blind. your thoughts don't manifest. neither of these things are going to effect your manifestation. the only thing that will effect your manifestation is your state.
THE INNER MAN
let's take a little detour to talk about the inner man (i promise it's relevant)
what is the inner man? it's YOU. it's who you identify as, and it's who you are in your imagination. so when you imagine something, you are giving whatever you imagine to your inner man. your inner man is experiencing your 4D.
your outer man is the YOU who is experiencing your 3D. your outer man lives in your outer world, and your inner man lives in your inner world. however, there is no separation between your inner man and your outer man.
as Neville says, "where I shall go in imagination, I shall go in the flesh as well." you must give your inner man your desire first in your inner world, and then your outer world will follow. you cannot skip step one.
this is what i like to do: i give myself my manifestation in my imagination. still using the above example, we'll simply say "there. my inner man lives in my desired apartment right now."
now my inner man is living in my desired apartment. i made a little post about how i like to view my inner man as a little, doll-like version of myself inside of me, but it is not actually separate from you. my favorite way of dismissing is the 3D and shifting myself back to my desired state when something in my 3D shakes me is by reminding myself that my inner man already is/has what i want to be/have.
so, still using the same example, if i were to feel myself slip out of my desired state while manifesting my dream apartment--say that i was dwelling in the fact that in my 3D, i have to do chores at my parent's house--i'd remind myself that my inner man is already living in my dream apartment and that nothing i see or do in my 3D can change that.
there is a difference between dealing with your 3D and identifying with your 3D. in the example i just gave, i could've allowed my actions in the 3D--doing chores--tell me that my desire was never going to manifest because my 3D was showing me the opposite. i could've let myself dwell in the state of lack. instead, we recognized the 3D for what it is: a reflection of our previous dwelling state.
there's this comment i read on the Neville Godard subreddit that I really loved. it said: "the best advice i can give you is stop worrying about what your subconscious is going to think of what you're doing."
your assumptions manifest. what you do in your 3D is completely irrelevant unless you identify with it. your subconscious is not gonna see you doing chores at your parent's house and think that that means you don't live in your desired apartment. your subconscious mind doesn't have it's own opinions or ideas on what things in your 3D mean.
for example, say you wash your face and do your skincare every night, yet you are still dwelling in the state of having bad skin. which is going to manifest? your state, every single time. it's why that skincare product that everyone under the sun said helped clear their skin didn't work for you: you assumed it wouldn't.
if you negatively react to your 3D, that is an indicator you fell out of the state of the wish fulfilled. shift back to it, and then continue taking care of business. you're going to notice your 3D no matter what you do. your only job is to dismiss it, because you know it's not your true reality.
keep reminding yourself that your inner man already has your desire, and you're just chilling in your current 3D--no matter how opposite of the 4D it appears--until it catches up. your 3D is not permanent. you don't have to accept it as true.
the goal isn’t to ignore your 3D, it’s to let it pass without worrying about it.
an analogy that i read that i really liked was this: say you're in a disagreement with someone. they keep telling you that a song is sung by a specific artist, but you know for a FACT that it's actually sung by someone else. no matter what, they won't believe that you're right, and they're actually trying to convince YOU that THEY'RE right. but this is literally your favorite song, you know for a FACT who it's sung by, and it's not the person that they're saying. do you let them convince you that you're wrong, or do you stand firm in your belief?
that's how you should act in regards to your 3D. you know that you have your desire in your 4D. i mean, it's YOUR imagination and YOU'RE in control of it! you can have whatever you want in your own imagination! so are you gonna let your 3D tell you that you don't have your desire in your imagination? or are you gonna stand firm in the belief that you have your desire in your 4D?
that's all you need to do. you don't need to believe that you have your desire in your 3D, you just need to believe that you have your desire in your imagination. and YOU can control your imagination, so this should be super easy. give your desire to you inner man, and as long as you stay faithful to the fact that your inner man has your desire, your 3D will reflect this.

i'm swooping in as if i've just got summoned. come sit. metaphorically. i’m handing you a warm drink and wrapping you in a blanket that smells like an existential breakthrough. because you’re not crazy and you’re not broken and this isn’t a sign from the universe that you’re doomed to rot in base reality until the sun implodes. it’s just a shitty day and your brain is being a little bit theatrical about it. which is fair. brains are drama queens. mine once convinced me that if i didn’t shift by 3pm i’d never feel joy again. spoiler: i did not shift. i did still feel joy. eventually. begrudgingly.
i know you’re tired. i know it feels like you’ve done everything right and nothing’s happening and the only thing that’s shifting is your sense of self into pure slush. but listen, trying isn’t neutral. it’s not empty. it does something. it builds a little muscle in your head called capacity. capacity to imagine. to reach. to want better. even when you’re sad. even when everything’s crusty and stupid. and that’s not nothing. that’s actually kind of revolutionary.
you don’t have to keep pushing right now. you’re allowed to pause. nap. cry. eat something warm and heinous. delete all your methods. download them again. laugh at how ridiculous this all is. because here’s the secret they don’t say in the believe & achieve crowd: you don’t need to be perfect to shift. you don’t need to feel it in your bones. all you need is to survive the doubt. to outlast it. to not let it calcify. and i think you’re already doing that.
shifting is not a test. it’s not about who wants it more. it’s not the hunger games. it’s a thing your brain knows how to do. like dreaming. or wanting. it’s tender and slippery and sometimes you touch it and sometimes you don’t and that’s okay. it’s not disappearing forever. it’s not mad at you. it’s just quiet right now. like a cat that went under the bed.
so if you’re considering quitting, that's perfectly okay. quit for now. nothing explodes. the sky doesn’t fall. you’re not ruining your progress. you’re just resting your mouth from trying to bite the moon. it’ll still be there when you look up again.

No, darling. You didn’t mess it up. But you are making one critical mistake:
You Never Actually Assumed. You Just Wished.
Let’s be honest with ourselves for a second. Did you assume… or did you hope? Did you decide it was yours… or did you wait to see proof before believing? Did you step into the mindset of someone who already has it… or did you just try to convince yourself for a few days and then panic when nothing changed?
Because here’s the thing—real assumption doesn’t waver.
It doesn’t wake up every morning checking for evidence like a nervous stock investor. It doesn’t crumble the second the 3D doesn’t instantly reflect back its desires. It doesn’t treat the unseen like it isn’t real.

When you truly assume something, it becomes boring. You stop thinking about it constantly. You stop obsessing over when it will happen. You stop treating it like some miraculous event.
It just is. And when you reach that point? It manifests instantly.

Now, let’s talk about the people who are still unsure. Who feel stuck, who are thinking: "But what if it’s not working?"
Here’s the truth: If you’re still checking the 3D, you’re not fully assuming.

Redirect Your Anxious Thoughts
Some of you can’t just stop overthinking. You try to suppress the thoughts, and they come back louder. So what do you do? You redirect them. Accept that anxiety is just an old habit.
Your brain has spent years, maybe even your whole life, doubting things. Expecting disappointment. Looking for evidence that things won’t work. Of course, it’s going to feel unnatural to just “assume.” You are rewiring years of conditioning. Your mind isn’t trying to sabotage you—it’s just clinging to what it knows. So when the thoughts come? Don’t panic. Don’t fight them. Just recognize them for what they are: old programming.
Say to yourself: “Ha, there it is. My brain trying to protect me with doubt again. That’s cute. But we’re doing things differently now.” Then move on. Don’t engage. Don’t spiral.

If you check your phone and don’t see a text, say: “Perfect. That means the next message will be exactly what I want.”
If you check your bank account and it’s not at 7 figures yet, say: “Obviously. The money is still finding its way to me in the best possible way.”
You get to assign meaning. So make it work in your favor.
