Well, after the experiment, they became more..fearful:

Sneezy starts to hate his nose and have self-loathing.

Sleepy gets more tired because he couldn't sleep because of the nightmare.

Grumpy becomes more sensitive to being touched(so re tornes o more grumpiness).

Dopey finds it difficult to smile because he's always hungry.

Happy starts to have alexithymia because of the trauma.

Bashful becomes extremely suspicious of people and his friends.

And Doc feels guilty for letting all this happen.

but they only become as they are now after Doc shows them the reality.
