Bang Bang Rice
Yield : enough for four people and more..
1 cup Cooked Basmati rice
½ cup shelled edamame
½ cup diced pineapple
½ cup diced celery
½ cup sliced julienne carrots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
½ cup chopped cilantro
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons roasted garlic butter
1 oz Sesame oil
2 ozs Hosin Sauce
2 ozs lite soy sauce
Fresh cilantro
Togarashi pepper … to taste ..
Method:
1- In a pan, add the coconut oil, add the garlic, and ginger..
2- Add the edamame, celery and cook
3- Add the pineapple and carrots
4- Add the rice and stir together..
5- Add more oil if necessary and let the rice get a little crispy
6- Add sesame oil, hosin and soy sauce and stir
7- Add squeeze of lime
8- Add cilantro and the butter and season….
9- Top with grilled steak , shrimp and lobster!!
