okay, this is SO DISGUSTING, if you’re a makeup lover or a person that shop at ULTA, PLEASE READ THIS because you could be buying USED products.

OMG . I just asked an ulta associate the other day what they do with the used products and she said they send them back cause we can’t sell used products .

Girl I never worked for ulta. I don’t know. I’ve only worked for Sephora and we tossed anything that was used out. We checked all returned products. I would say just order online if you want to continue to shop there.
I’ve worked for ulta, they put stuff back on the shelves without sanitizing it. I’ve gotten in trouble before for not wanting to put stuff back because I thought it was used. It’s gross tbh. Always open your products before buying. If it looks used it probably was.
I also worked at Ulta and we destroyed almost everything that was returned. I hardly even checked returns and I just threw them in the damages bin. Ive spent hours destroying used and damaged products from the store I worked at. It’s crazy to hear that other stores were putting used products back out on the shelf.
