A simple edit of Sebastian Michaelis from the manga. ^_^
Kuroshitsuji, chapter 74
oh mbygodddd
YOU HUSBAND AND HUSBAND YOU MUST NOW KISS THE BRIDEÂ
An Arctic Disaster [Sebastian]
Whilst he continued dashing towards the warmer location, Sebastian took note of her clothing. They resembled that of a battle armor, and the lady had quite the sharp face, which wasnât exactly rare, but wasnât exactly common either, in his point of view anyway.
My, quite the sharp tone there she had. She could be a female Cielâ Oh gosh, what was he doing? He canât possibly be comparing every single female he meets to his young master. This is probably what happens when you donât see your young master often. (Or a pair of heels that are absent from your life)
The way she tried to size up to him amused himself, again, hiding his humor. Hiding in better this time instead though, he swore, nobody /could/ see through the mask.
âI am nothing, but a humble servant, a butler to an esteemed Earl, back in my country. The first quite applies to myself, I am no one but a simple underling to help when otherâs are in need of it. My lady, I presume youâre one of a high standing? I apologize for the close proximity in that case, however, it was only to keep you warm. I yield no other motives for what I did, I promise.â
Sebastian bowed whilst speaking his paragraph, keeping it that way until she acknowledges it.
The way he kept still with that bow amused her along with his words. She nodded once. Such humility⊠And there was a lack of visible fear⊠One that she could sense from most of her servants back home. This one would not openly cower in fear of her, nor would he produce shaky breaths in her presence. She could sense the slightest bit of fear from most of her servants, but not this. And despite not being a servant of her own, he had given her the impression that he would still do as she says. How oddâŠ
âVery well, I suppose Iâll be forgiving just this once.â
And she would introduce herself, she supposed. An exchange of names was only appropriate, despite this man only being a servant and she, a high noble of her country.
âI am Azula, Princess of the Fire Nation.â
She looked at him for a few more moments to observe his features⊠His clothes were odd - nothing like she had seen before but somehow very fitting for a servant. He had called himself a âbutler to an esteemed Earlâ back in his country?
âTell me, who is this esteemed Earl back in your country? Surely he wouldnât mind if I borrowed you for a few more moments? I could use someone like you to tend to my needs a bit longerâŠâ In truth, she wanted to claim him to be her own servant, but if he was too preoccupied serving his true master, her skills of persuasion would be put to use quite naturally.
A princess? Well, that explains the way she carries herself with such pride and dignity.Â
Upon straightening his back, he noticed the Princess looking up and down, especially observing his clothes. The butler presumed that it was simply rare that she see anybody dressed like this in her country, he could say the same for the noble. Such /similar/ armor would only be seen on knights, and no lady has ever(None that he met), had ever been decked in such an attire. With the exception of Mey-Rin of course, but she was an assassin, and she wore a black skin-tight suit, differing completely to what Princess Azula was wearing--
Fire nation?Â
The butler recalled Lady Korra, who said she was from the water tribe. Are they from a place where elements ruled the earth? The princess produced fire from her very palms, explaining 'Fire nation', and so did Korra. But she was from the 'water tribe'.Â
"Thank you for your forgiveness, Princess Azula. I'm afraid Young Master would mind, my lady. As much as it would be my pleasure to serve you, my young master would not like me seeing around with another, much less serving them, unless otherwise instructed. He has always been a rather calculative person."
About the 'water tribe' and 'fire nation', Sebastian decided that it be best he scour the libraries or something, not wanting to 'owe' Princess Azula anything, again.
((Is everybody dead? OAO;;;; /Notes that only has Ciel to reply to. And I should be studying. Abghgjscaj))
((Iâm alive. Not dead. Final day of exams! Will get to replies soon enough))
Reblog this if my character can go and talk to yours even though they don't know each other.
He found the two of them a bench where they could sit down for a moment, and considering the question sheâd just asked him, it would not be wise to stand throughout as he explained.
âWell, I am the butler to an Earl. Ciel Phantomhive, was his name, about your age, and you remind me so much of...
âInteresting. Do tell me moreÍ” Rock. You donât have to if youâre uncomfortable with it though.â
His lips curled into a charming smile before dropping to a small worried grinÍ” before suddenly perking up again.
âAh! You must be starvingÍ” here.â From his grocery bagsÍ” he finished out a few baguettesÍ” about five or six on his hands.
âDo you want any?â The butler smiled again.
