Hey everyone! I wanted to give an update on my AbstractedCaine comic now that part 8 is out!
I'm pretty slow at rendering and due to life/mental health events, things were pretty slow going this time around. I want to make sure I get this comic out and finished in a good time for y'all's sakes but also for mine because I have other TADC art I want to work on x) as well as grad school applications 💀
Anyways, for those of you who are interested, I wanted to collect your feedback on what you think about the pacing of the final parts. Currently, I'm debating whether I should break up the remaining parts into smaller chunks of 4-5 pages so I can release parts more frequently, or if I should just keep working at the pace I'm at and get roughly one part out a month. For reference, I originally planned for there to be three more parts, each roughly the same length as part 8, so there's probably going to be somewhere near 40-50 pages left. Let me know what you think!
How should I pace the remaining parts of my comic?
Break the remaining story into smaller parts that are released more frequently!
Keep releasing parts at the same pace as before!
Krose, do whatever you want! / no preference
All this to say, I really appreciate all the love for the comic so far. Truly truly it means so much to see everyone's nice comments, I do read them all! 🥹 Thanks to those of you who choose to give feedback!
ALSO as an additional update I'm going to be closing my inbox for right now since I have a lot of messages I want to catch up on!
please enjoy closeups of my favorite panels from the last part 🙂↕️
