it seems meganekagerou is standing in the hallway...
There was an annoyed sigh. PSP out, the goal in mind for this game was to beat at least six bosses. Unfortunately, the sixth proved to be an annoyance to totally annihilate. Takane was grateful to the fact the difficulty amped up, but still... what the heck? Saving before the fight, the teenager turned off the PSP and stood up, moving out of her classroom and into the hall. It took a few seconds for her to realise that there was a girl in the hallway-- almost bumping into her, even-- and it didn't seem like they were moving...?
"...Hey, you shouldn't be standing here."
Yuri looked at the girl he ran into, something in her tone of voice catching his interest. She seemed a bit younger than him, not to mention her hair was very interesting to say the least. He knew some people with ridiculous haircuts though, so he just went along with it.
âŠWait, who were those people againâŠ?
The young man shook his head slightly to get rid of the thought before asking, âHey, this might seem like a weird question but, do you know whatâs goin on here? Thereâs no one in here and the city outside isnât much better.
... Appearances might be deceiving. But just in case, her guard wasn't let down-- not even a little bit. Because, well... To be honest this guy still looked like trouble. Big trouble, to be precise. Considering what they just said however revealed a bigger truth. They were...just as lost.
"Tough luck. I don't know either." For whatever reason, apart from trying to get Haruka's stuff-- the memories of anything else just...wouldn't come to her. It was frustrating. And it felt...wrong. A gut feeling, to be more precise -- but... "...this place feels different. And, actually, you don't even look like you're from here. Your entire outfit seems so... unusual."
meganekagerou replied to your post: [ hello !!! iâm going to start wo...
[would you like to RP? you can make a starter if youâd like, or I can make one if youâd prefer!]]
[ sure!! i don't mind! i'll write up your starter soon! ]
yesterdaysactor was gaming at the arcade! how cool is that?
It was a rather lovely day; the sky bright without any clouds floating around, and the temperature wasnât too bad either! There was a nice little breeze making everything sway in its direction gently. Ah, what a perfect day.
To spend in an arcade.
It had been a while since Momo had actually done any gaming at an arcade, and it was actually kind of exciting! She hadnât been able to visit one because of her being an idol and all, so today would be fun! Before walking into the building, she pulled her pink hood over her head, masking her eye ability, then walked in enthusiastically.
After running around the arcade and basically playing everything in there, she noticed a small group beginning to form around the infamous shooting game in the place. Some people were cheering on whoever was playing, and some were gossiping about how impossible this girl was.
Making her way through the crowd, the blonde finally made it to the front and finally saw who it was playing the game; a pigtailed girl wearing a light yellow sweater with a plaid skirt. Hey, she looks kinda familiar! Isnât that the girl that oniichan had gone to school with? She was really good at this game! H-Her score was even off the charts!!
The noise was nothing to scoff at. Really, it'd become somewhat natural to hear -- but that did not make it any less slightly annoying. Breathing out a small sigh upon finishing the game once again, the tired looking girl lowered the gun, doing her best to block out the screams and cheers.
Considering it was getting tiresome to continue playing, with the crowd gathered and all... Takane placed the gun back into it's respective place, moving away from the game. The energetic standbyers would pester her with questions; however they would only get a short answer or a 'Leave me alone'. Slightly difficult to navigate through them, the twintail girl had finally managed to break free, but in the process ended up bumping into someone with a rather brightly pink hoodie. Ah, just her luck.
"..You should make sure not to stand too close to crowds." Takane mumbled, before realising the possibility that perhaps they wanted to play that game? ...Not like it was any of her business, though. "If you wanted to play, it's free now."
Due to the fact that she had been in the Haze quite a while, Ayano knew her surroundings quite well; It was also helpful that it was basically a replica of Kashiwa City in a way. The red sky didnât bother her too much, while it may have been a bit unnerving at first, she had gotten used to it.
She watched people come and go; Sometimes there would be people who were given snakes yet she never saw them around. When Azami began breeding her snakes, she got the feeling that something had happened, and decided to wait as more and more people were taken in. She had wished she could ask âWhy do you keep ruining futures?â, but would she be in trouble for that question? She would never know.
She had been leaning up against a random building, adjusting her scarf every few moments to keep herself from sweating too much from the heat, and making a crane out of a random paper she had found somewhere on the streets. Drawn into her work, she hadnât noticed the footsteps that had walked by until they came to a stop near her, and she glanced up and gave a smile.
And, to be polite, she immediately greeted them. âAh, hello!"
"...Ayano?" Was what echoed back to the scarf wearing girl-- It...is Ayano, yeah? There was no way Takane could mistake her!
Confusion made her face it's home, however. When travelling, something in the back of her head kept repeating itself; something like 'you won't find them here'. But...Well, here was one of her friends, doing what she'd usually do. She didn't want to doubt herself, or feel indecision about this being Ayano; it'd just needlessly cause frustration. But-- worry... crept up on her. Considering this world felt familiar, but also completely new... Takane felt as if something happened. Something you couldn't really undo. Like when you take a math test and absolutely flunk it. But, well-- saying it was her, then... "What are you doing out here..!?"
Yamamoto finally found his way to the school in this town, along with a younger girl in front of it.
"Hey! Another person, and in front of the school, too! Do you know where the baseball field is around here?" He stopped in front of her and extended a hand to greet her. "Oh, sorry!! Iâm Yamamoto Takeshi! Whatâs your name?"
-- Takane was almost overcome by the amount of energy just thrown in her face. Was she supposed to match this? It seemed...impossible. Well, almost.
Hesitantly, the sleepy girl shook his hand. A wish quietly echoed in her head; 'please don't shake too hard'. "...Enomoto Takane." Short and sweet, like how introductions should be. "And the baseball field is somewhere out behind the school. Why?" Did this Yamamoto Takewhata guy mean to play despite how late it seemed?
Yuri didnât even know where he was. It felt like a school, thought not one he was used to. Not that he knew how a school looked like from the inside in the first place.
He was pretty used to the burning sensation in his eyes by now. At first it was annoying him to no end, but he soon realized that nothing he did helped so he just went with it. The only problem Yuri had now was finding out where he was and then getting the hell out.
Lost in his thoughts as he was, the 21-year-old didnât see the girl in time and bumped right into her. Thankfully none of them fell.
"Woah! Sorry about that, didnât see you there," Yuri said lightly. "âŠDidnât think Iâd see anyone here, to be honest.â
She was caught off-guard at the collision; thankfully, none of them were going at high speed. If that were the case, her annoyance would've grown tenfold because all things considered...
The expression on her face now was one of unamusement. "Learn to watch where you're going." Annoyance hinted in her voice, Takane began a closer inspection of this...guy. Odd coloured hair... definitely taller than her, seems well built... ...ah, shit. A little bit of nervousness creeped up, but the girl regained her bearings and cleared her throat. "It's a school. What did you expect? School's aren't usually empty." Except for what seemed to be now. But the highschooler kept those thoughts to herself; there was no way she'll appear as lost as she felt. Ha ha.
[ hello !!! i'm going to start working on replying to opens and stuff since i wasn't on recently and make individual starters, gimme a shout-out if you want one! have a good day !! ]
Blurred eyesight. A pain in her chest; as well as... her face colliding with cold, hard flooring. Consciousness slowly regaining itself from that episode, Takane pushed herself up off of the school's floor, holding her head with one hand.
Just... what exactly was she supposed to be doing, again? Memories flittered back and forth. But no concrete reason; both for what happened, what the twintailed girl was supposed to do, and for why the sky seemed just a bit more redder than usual. Takane figured it'd be best to begin moving. Something just felt...off, at the moment. A voice at the back of her head suggested finding and asking someone about it; but unneeded pride said 'No'. Stepping out of the school, tired and somewhat worried eyes glanced around-- it felt...unnaturally empty. Unnaturally quiet, as well as hot.
At this rate, finding anyone might be a blessing.
