Like Barry hadn't killed his marine friend and Gene's girlfriend Janice just to keep his own ass out of prison in season one and went on a rage fueled killing spree in season two. Not to mention all of the people he had no problem murdering for money before he decided he wanted a normal life.

It’s so weird that y’all took a side character and made her some mc that she isn’t. First off, acosf is Nesta’s book but you act like Gwyn was the mc or you overhype Gwyn and leave Nesta and Emerie. Or you just completely forget about Emerie only. Second off, Gwyn doesn’t have any mc energy and she’s a basic side character like any other? So I’m confused on how y’all just took her and ran with it. Y’all created your own version of her bc when reading acosf… she doesn’t stick out that much. But anyway, to think a side character is getting their own book… especially before any of the other characters who have been in this series for more than one book… it’s weird.

anyways, i hope the next book is about summer faerie #6 who was standing in the background during feyre & tamlin's wedding and who never got a thank you card for his gift. i bet he's pissed.

bro its not weird, its literally how fandom works. ppl like characters no matter how small and underdeveloped they are and hope for more. there's no reason to think she absolutely wont get her own book at some point just bc rn she's a minor character whose only been in one book. the idea of cassian getting his own book back when acotar was published was also a ridiculous concept but wow, the author knew what she was doing and developed his character more to the point where it eventually made sense.

anyways in a lot of ways i'd say gwyn is about as equally developed as elain, azriel, or lucien are despite them being around since the beginning and nobody bats an eye at the idea of them being next.

You’re wasting your breath. But no one bats an eye at the idea of those characters being next bc they have been in these books since the beginning. Gwyn was literally just introduced as a side character to further Nesta’s story. The other characters have been there longer and it’s about Feyre and her family and friends, not Nesta’s friend.

main characters of books aren't chosen based off of longevity, they're chosen based off of how they're able to serve and further the overarching plot. otherwise i'm pissed bc where is tamlain's book since he's been around longer than almost everyone.

ur so concerned with ppl liking gwyn as a character just bc you don't think she deserves it when the same could be said of a majority of other side characters that have been around for multiple books. ppl like who they like but ur over here cluttering up the tag with 18 posts in a row & making sure that the ppl who DO like her as a character see ur opinion that nobody asked for. if u dont want ppl to engage with u then keep ur thoughts confined to ur own blog and not the public tag thats tracked by thousands of ppl.
