i didnt mention the rest of the post bc it doesnt matter in the terms of the discourse, scythe was never the focus of the discourse and im not in control of what people send them, scythe was used as an example. i did my best to censor their name out of it in consideration that down the grape vine i was told that they didnt want to be involved and i did my best to prevent that. im not saying that scythe doesnt matter because they ARE the one little rped w/ and they ARE the (previous) minor in question. but what matters more is the action that little did and not the person she did it with, i understand that i used scythe as an example without their permission- but how would this topic have ever came up without evidence? and by word of mouth- they would have still been the (previously) minor in question regardless of what happened. i did my best to keep them anonymous, i dont control what people go seeking for, i dont control what people send but im going to say right now that if youre sending scythe hate or anything of the like you need to stop that shit right now, its 2018

I think I would like to point out that Little isn’t calling those who want to keep themselves safe cowards. While it doesn’t look like it, that’s not who she’s calling cowards. She’s calling the witch hunters cowards. She clarified that in a chat, but that information wasn’t clarified on tumblr.

re: littles statement

as i said i deleted what i previously said to provide better wording and addressing some new things. my stance is still the same however-

her actions arent excusable by any means, but she is trying to do better. ive seen a lot of talk about the ‘full story’.

the full story is that she rped smut with a minor, drew porn for the minor, and talked about sexual things w a minor regardless if she is attracted to minors or not she still did this knowingly with a minor. point blank there is no ‘full story’ that’s all there is to say. regardless if the minor gave consent or not, it does not matter, it does not matter if she didnt know- drunk drivers dont know if theyre going to hit someone. in both of these cases however they were mistakes.

however, sometimes mistakes can't be fixed, and the only choice is for people to move on while we all collectively be sure this doesn't happen again. it can be debated if little has publically accepted ownership of this mistake, as well as if any apology given can be accepted by those who feel wronged by this whole ordeal, but i believe she can do better as a person in the future and that there should be no insults slung to or from her.

to also put: everyone who is getting sent anons about being cowards or such, you are not cowards, you are perfectly fine and its entirely normal to not want to associate with someone after something like this, you are not cowards. if you need to vent about this entire situation my askbox and ims are always open. i also wouldnt suggest sending little or her friends hate, were all bigger than that and we shouldnt be sending hate anons in 2018- even if little is being immature about all of this, we can be mature and not send hate anons. this goes for the other side of the argument as well, knock that shit off

edit: while i did get an anon saying that little is calling the witch hunters cowards, as far as i know she is calling this discourse the incel war or something like that. while coward might not be the term she is using she is still using something for all of us that care about the discourse.

we should also acknowledge that little learned from this whole ordeal, it doesnt excuse her actions but she learned a lesson.she learned her law and is working towards fixing anything that goes against that law, we should acknowledge that as i am now. i dont care if people to forgive her for what she has done, but i believe we should acknowledge that she is now knowledgeable about what she has done wrong even if she is now deciding to retort with insults. im hoping in the future when she calms a bit she would be willing to have a conversation about this in a mature way

Anons, let’s get something straight right here, right now.

This will be my final post on the subject since I am the one who (unfortunately) had to start this. All of you anons giving people shit over the current OOC drama on anon are the cowards because you are trying to justify something that is by all definition illegal. I do not like call out posts as stated. I don’t like being apart of, participating in, or being the cause of OOC drama. The label being used is a serious one and has serious ramifications. It is life changing, damaging, and essentially murders one’s reputation. That being said, I usually give people the benefit of the doubt despite anything I may learn unless I have proof. I’d like to think of myself as a logical person on this issue. That being said, there is literally proof by the person themselves who said they were okay with smut with minors. Here, let me be extra clear from the link just mentioned:

Legitimate proof for those anons. It doesn’t matter how long ago it was. While this exists, it is enough to throw someone in jail. This person specifically. It is illegal to subject minors to illicit content. What is a minor? Someone who has not reached the age of majority. While state laws may vary on what the age of consent is, the deliberate act of exposing a someone under the age of 18 on the internet to sexual matierial including sexual roleplay is illegal, as proven here, answered by lawyers from one state:

This means that if brought to court and convicted, the person accused would be required to register as a sex offender. This means that legally they would be considered a pedo.

But, you know, what does the federal law know?

On a more personal note, those anons attacking my friend @jadebloodgoth can get fucked. Quit trying to shame someone into confronting someone they have every right to refuse interaction with based on evidence. Quite frankly, your actions are appalling and you need a reality check. Harassing her for a personal choice so that she doesn’t go to jail and promotes a healthy and legal lifestyle is also a crime, which can be IP traced but I’ll save that for another post that probably won’t happen because I don’t have the energy to address this disgusting topic anymore. She is being a law abiding citizen.
