I wonder why i always had this panic attack, then i got my answer. There was always pain behind all the smiles i've been giving to person i encounter. There was a story that i always remember even up to this day that makes me wanna cry every time i feel like it. Maybe that is the reason why i isolated myself from others because people are scary sometimes, they judged you, hate you, blame you for every problems in the world.

Inflicting pain in myself was the only remedy that i can think of, self-pity, shaming my body, blaming myself for all the mistakes i did in my life and to others. I wasn't easy for me because as i grow up having these environment at an early age, it's still the same up to this point of my life.

When you are feeling down and keep playing happy songs, lessens the burden.
