I've heard the advice more than once to try to "separate" anxiety from yourself, visualize it, give it a name, and allow it to be. We're not going anywhere from it anyway, so why fight it, right?
So I picked up a stylus and then this Anxiety was born. I think I'll actually give her a name but later. For now, I'm just getting to know her.
She seemed so angry and scared to me that I wanted to add a little tenderness and then it turned out to be a cute little version of her 🥺
