eso is dear to my heart but i realized today why gw2 keeps me more and engaged and also playing alone outside of pvp and group pve. it's that content outside of that in eso is largely quests with combat that's maybe killing some single mobs that fall over in a second if you have a proper build where gw2 is largely just combat, no story quests running back and forth. yes there's quests but even those are just "kill stuff, collect stuff etc." no running between quest npcs

woke up hideously early and was thinking about GW2 and how mouse & keyboard hurts my hands so I sat down for a few hours and worked this out. A suggested layout for controller in gw2, using JoyToKey. If you don’t want to go through Steam to make it work. you can try loading my profile yourself, though you may need to tweak it to suit your needs. I also use the gw2 radial menu addon which can be installed via gw2 addon manager, however this is optional.
