“ what kind of set backs are we talking about here? ”

“Just like, we would have to make our guest list shorter with the first hotel ballroom, since the room is rather small. The second one we need to act fast, like decide now because the room is potentially being booked for a wedding. The last is in budget but it’s a little bit more than the other two, so we wouldn’t have much funds to pay for a caterer or a DJ. We’d only be able to afford one over the other. Okay, maybe these aren’t small set back, now that I say this out loud. I’ve attached pictures of each of the ballrooms in this file. Let me know what you decided.”

“I guess we have more experience when it comes to that kind of stuff. You can tell the social chair to do a better job and get his shit together. Me too. I’d hate for us to disagree on that.”

“Well let me know when you’ve got some free time we should finish it. I bet it’d be epic. True, I’m sure people would be surprised I could be engaged in a conversation with such importance for so long without thinking it was boring. British, I’ll see what I can do. I don’t see why I couldn’t do it. John? You’d think I’d be more of that. I thought Yonatan was very smart and sophisticated. But you know best for KDR. You have to admit even without the accent, I’m still very hot.

“Oh yeah, I could totally sense it. Okay well in three weeks we are doing a massive event for alumni members. As you can tell our frat house isn’t big enough to hold the people to come. So I was thinking about picking a ballroom in one of these hotels. We’ve got the money for all of them, but each one comes with a set back. And I wanted you to make the final decision before I get in contact with anyone to make reservations and send out the invitations. And then from that decision I can figure out how else to spend the money.”

“It’s okay. I’m sure that you guys don’t ever really put much effort into your parties anymore. And yeah that would make sense but we didn’t know how many people were going to show up and it was just a total mess. And yeah, you might just be included in that group”

I think because I am the president a lot of the new guys like to look to me to see what to do at the parties and how to be a good host. It’s okay. No one has any idea, I don’t think. It’s all good. And no way, but it would be really funny to watch you try and blend in at Kappa”

“It’s less effort, but I still put the effort it. We have a reputation to uphold. How could we not throw the best parties on campus if we acted like we don’t give a shit? This is just a learning experience for you guys. Just figure out where you went wrong and what to improve. Even being the only frat that knows how to through we still can improve on making our parties even better than the last. Good, you’re one of the few from your frat I have the patience for.”

“Do I have to say it again? Yes. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I just - ugh. I didn’t want it to fucking end. Makes sense they’d do that. You sure they didn’t see what’s going on? I mean, maybe we should avoid our dorm room and go else where. I feel you coming to me is only worse. I think I’d do alright, I’d wear glasses find a nice tie and speak with a German accent. I mean, what’s more attractive than a hot guy with a hot accent? Also, I’ll no longer be Johnny, I’ll be Yonatan. It’ll be like I’m a whole new person.”

“The party planning ball. There was barely enough alcohol to go around and we needed money to buy some more so that’s why we had to charge an entrance fee. We normally don’t pull that kind of shit. And yeah, I mean the majority of you guys are absolute garbage but there are some of you that I don’t mind all that much.”

Maybe a little bit too much because some of the brothers saw me sneaking around with you during that conversation and that’s not exactly a good thing for me to have going on right now. “How could I have forgotten about that? Now I feel really dumb. Maybe what you asked for was a bit much. I know, and you’d think with no entrance fee you’d attract more people than what you do with something as good as that. I hope I’m in the few you don’t mind.”

“I just couldn’t stop thinking about it all week. They did? How could they? I mean, we were so good about sneaking around. Where did we go wrong? And now that I came over tonight, probably doesn’t help the cause much. It’ll look even more like... You know. Sorry, I wasn’t thinking at all about my actions. I just wanted to talk. It was the only thing I wanted to do. Do you really think that’ll make me blend with the rest of you?”

“What ball did he drop, exactly? You aren’t but that doesn’t mean your parties have to be lame as fuck. At least make people want to spend more than fifteen seconds in your frat. It could really help with pledge classes going up and also mixers with the sororities. Please, tell me you’ve at at least one mixer this past semester. Do you mind me asking how many people you accept actually choose joining yours? Just because you are known for practical things doesn’t mean you should be lacking in party area. I’m only saying this to help. Is that really what you think of us? Trashy? Mind you, not all of us are trash. Thank you very much. And I work very hard into putting together our parties/events. I make sure they are no less than perfection.”

“It’s very true. I really enjoyed our insightful conversation we had the other day and I just wanted to continue it. You really helped me understand and really grasp the concept of everything. It’s gonna’ be real fun this semester, since me and the guys aren’t even close to being done with these pledges. Last week we had ‘em wash our bathrooms and stand outside in the rain for five hours singin’ the national anthem. Who knows what’ll happen this week. Some of ‘em are headin’ home for the Thanksgiving break, but even from afar the fun ain’t over. We’re just gettin’ started. And for the guy that keeps throwing gooey eyes at my little sister, you’re dead. I’m ready for the fun to start and all the food I’m gonna’ stuff in my mouth in a few days.

Are you really going to share with everyone how you haze your pledges? I thought you’d at least keep that a secret. Whatever, you do you. I mean, I don’t blame you for wanting to kill the guy for making gooey eyes at your sister. Cause I’d do the same. But don’t be a cock block about it,
