“Do you love me?” The question is random, unexpected, and uncalled for. You don’t even know what brought him to ask such a foolish question. Of course, you love him. You love him with all your heart, every second of the day. It’s a stupid question for him to ask, but he doesn’t know that. You’re sitting at an empty table, in the middle of the study hall, where the teacher likes little to minimal talking. It’s so silent that you could hear a pin drop, and Jungkook’s attempts of a whisper. However, the teacher doesn’t say a word, not yet, at least.
Typically, Jungkook is sitting away from you, sitting alongside his basketball buddies that share this period with him. Kim Taehyung and Min Yoongi. It’s lonesome for you, but you like the solitude it grants. With Jungkook across the room, it’s easier to steal small glances and for you to finish the amounts of work that you’re catching up on.
