It makes me contemplate the idea that a huge number of people truly forget that Taylor is a human being and not simply a celebrity or pop culture talking point. The torment Taylor went through last year was a giant mess of cruelty and attacks that were being done by people who truly acted as if Taylor would not see what they were saying or be capable of feeling anything about their negative words. Because she’s ~Taylor Swift~ millions of people thought it was funny to spew hatred towards her, since in their minds she’s not Taylor the person but Taylor the brand, the object, the celebrity. It’s pretty scary that she had to face that every day of her life for so long. She’s such a strong person and I love her so much.
