…Well, this one’s a bloody sourpuss, ain’t she?
He wasn’t too perturbed by her melancholy— in fact, it only spurred him onward.
"Oh come onnnnnnn,” he shook his head melodramatically, dodging and diving until he was blocking her path, poised with his hands in the air like a TV preacher, “That ‘poor me’ attitude ain’t gonna get you anywhere, cher. You need to learn to live, y’need to let loose a little~”
As he spoke, he’d found a very comfortable old limo to perch on, and he rolled lackadaisically on the hood, kicking up his heavy legs with ease as he watched the redhead like a fat cat.
"Let loose?" War looked up and blinked at the strange man. He was eccentric and rather annoying, but he had a point.
War had lived so long under Dante’s thumb that she didn’t really know how to do anything outside of taking orders. Since coming to Motorcity War had spent the majority of her time just going through day to day routines, getting up, eating, working odd jobs or getting into fights for a little cash, but she hadn’t done anything that others would consider fun.
"I don’t know how to let loose." She stated honestly. War wasn’t embarrassed by the statement, it was true after all. "I’m not sure I would be any good at it."
At that, Dee made a loud, obnoxious scoffing noise. "Oh please, mon amie, you can't know that unless you've really tried it."
Around this point, the blond-brunet would normally saunter over and wrap an arm over her delicate-looking shoulders, but the Duke wasn't stupid. So instead he kept himself content by flinging himself off the limousine and pulling off some impressive [and unneeded] dance moves when he landed. When he was finished, he leaned against his cane and looked at his fingernails with a faux disinterest (god his nails were amazing). "Of course, I could show you the ropes-- but I'm not gonna just show anyone around."
