HI APOLOGIES AGAIN FOR THE DELAYS ON PAGES

It’s been a rough past few months and I just haven’t had as much motivation as I usually do! I am also not a consistent worker, as I talked about previously I get BAD fixations, and my brain tends to rotate LoD in and out of that! It hasn’t come back in a hot second, both because im really attached to my rat son and also im stuck on a scene i dont want to script HELP

will probably work with weekly pages soon (so long as i remember) but would like to build that once artfight is over ! Not the best at schedules because my brain does not like having a consistent schedule in comparison to my inconsistent work flow lol

BUT I am working on pages again! At some kinda speed lol

trying to lock back in

it means im not working on af attacks BUT ill get to it eventually 🥀

snoes facts….perhaps….

Snoes was one of the first OCs I ever made, and he originated from this stupid bead cat thing I made when I was younger + the old Warrior Cats Roblox game, where they went by Mimic The name Snoes is also a shortened version of Snownose, which was his OG name (Although I also lovingly call him Randall or Randall Snoes <3)

I can't share many panels of him at all, but trust he shows up quite a few more times lol

would clover get along with any of the other comic's protagonists? (Aivu, Jay, Cowbird, Linnea and Aphelion)

She would be fine with Aivu, I think they'd get along fine

Jay would think she's creepy and Clover would think he's annoying

She would think Cowbird is mean

She would be neutral towards Linnea

And she would find Apheliona annoying HELP

So does Venus actually care about Mars? My ADHD ahh cannot pick up on cues very well

I was wondering mostly because in the recent stuff in the comic, Venus was really trying to get Mars back (mostly referring to the scene in the dream place thingy with Clover and Venus) but I also read your post about the relationship between Venus and Mars (and Tragedy) and it kinda seemed like maybe I misinterpreted a bit

Also, what exactly is the relationship between Venus and Tragedy? Like it seems almost like Tragedy wants to be close to Venus but Venus doesn't reciprocate for reasons that appear to be encased in a nice lil lore cube

It's complicated and messy on purpose don't worry! There will be a scene very soon that will go into detail on it!

Venus doesss care about Mars, but cares about their jobs more. And in general wasn't really the greatest to them through the years due to built up sibling death resentment.

And Venus/Tragedy have this really awkward "I care about you but I really really don't think I want to talk to you" thing that they've kept up since Jupiter's death. They both want the connection they used to have, but can't bring themselves to make the move to get there

What is Clover's current relationship with the other main characters?

Mars - uhhhh

Lycan - Loves her a lot, but doesn't want her to end up hurt because of what Clover's gotten herself into

Quetzal - Doesn't like him too much, but also understands where he's coming from

Venus - Thinks he's a giant liar. She doesn't want to risk repeating her mistakes just to end up hurt and hurting others again

Would you say Mars is evil, or just a god who doesn't realize the effects their actions have on others?

i not really sure what i'd consider an evil person, but Mars definitely isn't intended to be a good guy! They believe they're doing what they need to be happy, which sucks for literally everyone else lol

i love when a character with a severe anxiety disorder fucks up over and over and blows up their whole life about it. we have a fair amount of characters with mild anxiety (not that theres anything wrong with that) we need more characters who just cannot function or stop themselves from ruining everything good in their life out of fear

Has Mars ever gotten along with Venus and Tragedy? Or has his behavior over the course of the comic been their teenage “I hate my mom” angst

this idea may or may not super briefly appear in comic....

But Mars never really had any relationship at all with Tragedy; she was not really interested in one! With Venus there was more of an attempt from both sides to be close (mostly from Mars), but Venus didn't really want to be close to him either, and resentment just started building up

Did you have the whole LoD story scripted before you started? Or is this a kinda jump in and let it form as you make it comic? :0

I wait as long as possible to script scenes in my comics! I prefer to go over them over and over again in my head just out of boredom, but also to just make sure I have a very clear idea of what I want!

I haven't made pages in so long because I don't have the next page scripted lol (but im slowly building the motivation for it!)
