Forever stuck in 2014

My name is Johnathan Charles Winchester. I watched my parents get mutilated by Lucifer with just the snap of a finger. Now I'm a Winchester Dean saw what happened, and took me in. I read peoples' minds, the nighmares started a year ago along with the hearing other's thoughts. Dean's training me to be a hunter, and one day i want to grow up to be like him.

It clicked. he knew who this man was. “Y-you’re Dean Winchester aren’t you.” he asked in a whisper while wiping the tears that fell down his face. “Th-thank you.” he said looking down at his bloodied hands from the scene that took place an hour ago. He couldn’t stop crying. his head was feeling slightly better as they sped down the highway.

Dean's eyes flew down to see the child's hands covered with blood, his heart sinking a little by the sight; it was something that he needed the child to get rid of immediately, completely saddening Dean. He pulled the child closer to give a side-hug, the best that he could do while they were driving away; he needed to get the child back to a safer location. Also wouldn't hurt to give the boy a good meal, new clothes and a bath. After that... Dean didn't know but he was going to sort things through as soon as he could. He did gasp out a bit with surprise at hearing the boy know who he was; with a nod, he whispered, "Yeah, I am. And I'm glad you're still here."

he stared at him. "D-Dean, he won't get me any more will he?" he asked shaking slightly while still holding on to him. He looked out the window as houses sped by as they zoomed down the high way. He knew he wasn't normal, he could hear dean's thoughts but they weren't as painful as he thought they'd be. He started closing his eyes to sleep. Everything that happened was still blaring him in the face.

"Shh, okay.... I gotcha." Dean hadn't a clue what the kid was meaning by the word 'they', the time that he spent getting them back in the Impala and driving off hadn't taken Dean long at all. He securely fastened the boy in and was driving fast, as far as he could away from the boy's home and from what they both saw. Horrific. Completely and utterly horrific, Lucifer snapping the parents into bloody goop and bony bits. It was sickening and Dean could only do so much for the boy; as he thought of any ideas to help the boy cope with such trauma, he held the boy close by wrapping an arm around the boy's shoulder so that he could keep close. The boy needed comfort and Dean was going to make sure of it. "I'm gonna help you make them go away."
