"Iâm sorry..!"
Magi: the Kingdom of Magic | Episode 25 | Yamuraiha
"You're that person that Sin was talking to earlier, aren't you?" ~youngwatermage
The small looked up at the new girl. Shyly, she smiled a bit. âYes, my name is Pisti and I just moved here.â
She knew that the girl at least had some exposure to metal vessels, seeing as Sinbad had told the others a bit about her before she came here. She smiled and nodded. âWe just canât, I believe it has to do with the rukh around us and the rukh around Djinns and their metal vessels, as well as their household vessels. So while everyone else here has a household vessel from Sinbad, I just use my magic insteadâ
"That would make sense.." It must suck. "So everyone else has a household vessel..?" Some people from her country were part of her mothers household, but she wasnât one of them. After a few minutes, she got quiet and awkward again since she didnât know what else to talk about now. Awkwardly shifting around, she wanted to go find her bird.Â
"All of the other people who will become generals except you, me, and Spartos" she explained, smiling. "But Drakon, Hinahoho, and Ja'far have been with Sinbad longer then I have, and we met Masrur about a month after I joined them. Then Sharrkan came and then we met Spartos and finally you came to stay with us" she noticed the look on her face and frowned. "I'm sorry...are you okay?"
"You're that person that Sin was talking to earlier, aren't you?" ~youngwatermage
The small looked up at the new girl. Shyly, she smiled a bit. âYes, my name is Pisti and I just moved here.â
She nodded, so she hadnât seen anyone else around yet. Well she would meet them all eventually. âYou probably have, he barely if ever leaves Sinâs side anymoreâ the assassin preferred his kinds company. âYes, it has to do with household vessels and magic. A person is able to temporarily fuse their body with their household vessel, but if they do it to much their body will transform because of itâ the magician sighed. âEveryone here has a metal vessel besides me and Sinbad. Sinbad because he is the dungeon capturer, and me because I am an magicianâ
"Maybe, thenâŠ" She probably caught a glimpse of him when she got here, but she wasnât sure. This was all still strange to her. "Oh.. That would make sense then.." She had heard of household vessels and metal vessels, she learned about those back in Artemyura since her mother had a metal vessel. So the king here also has a metal vessel⊠âMagicians canât use household vessels?â She didnât know much about magic as she wasnât a magician.
She knew that the girl at least had some exposure to metal vessels, seeing as Sinbad had told the others a bit about her before she came here. She smiled and nodded. The small looked up at the new girl. Shyly, she smiled a bit. âYes, my name is Pisti and I just moved here.â
"Well Iâm sure you know Sinbad by now" she frowned, thinking about it. "Jafar is the white haired boy who follows Sin around all the time, and Masrur is the Fanalis, the pink haired male. Drakon is the one that looks like a dragon, Hinahoho is the large blue haired man. Spartos is the red haired male with his hair covering one eye, and Sharrkan is the white haired boy with dark skin." she explained, trying to easily explain their appearances.
"The only people I know are you and Sinbad." If Jaâfar followed Sinbad around a lot, then she might have seen him. "I might have seen Jaâfar thenâŠ" She was going to have to remember how everyone looked when she meets them. "Drakon? Looks like a dragon? Is that possible?" That was really confusing to her, she didnât know anyone who looked like something that was human.
She nodded, so she hadnât seen anyone else around yet. Well she would meet them all eventually. âYou probably have, he barely if ever leaves Sinâs side anymoreâ the assassin preferred his kinds company. âYes, it has to do with household vessels and magic. The small looked up at the new girl. Shyly, she smiled a bit. âYes, my name is Pisti and I just moved here.â
"Well Spartos is new here like you, so hes a bit shy" she frowned. "And Sharrkan is just an idiot, there is no way to explain his stupidity with simple words" once again, they really did not get along at all. "But youâll be fine, there are a lot of nice people here, like Drakon or Hinahoho" Masrur was quiet and could be pretty scary, and while Jaâfar was a lot different from when she first met him he still had quite the mouth to him.
Maybe she could be friends with Spartos if he was also shy. âOhâŠ. Well⊠I also donât know what anyone looks like yet, so I donât know who would be who whenever I meet them.â Now she was really curious as to why this girl didnât get along with Sharrkan, but she also started to think that if the other girl didnât get along with him, that she also wouldnât. âHopefully I can be friends with everyone when I meet them.â
"Well I'm sure you know Sinbad by now" she frowned, thinking about it. "Jafar is the white haired boy who follows Sin around all the time, and Masrur is the Fanalis, the pink haired male. The small looked up at the new girl. Shyly, she smiled a bit. âYes, my name is Pisti and I just moved here.â
"Most of us are pretty friendly here, and if not then we are at least somewhat nice" she explained. "Iâd say the only ones I have not found a good quality in yet is Spartos, who I barely know because he is not very social, and Sharrkan, but hes an idiot so I would not expect to much from him" she had learned right away that she did not get along with the boy, and he with her. The two of them butt heads quite a bit.
"Thatâs good to know.." Despite that, she was still nervous. "Spartos? Iâm sure he has to be at least somewhat sociable. Everyone is sociable to a certain extent.. Sharrkan? How is he an idiot?" All of this was new to her and it was making her more nervous. She didnât know how sheâd be friends with someone that isnât social and someone who is called an idiot. Well, if she ever got lonely or awkward, she always had her bird to go back to.
"Well Spartos is new here like you, so hes a bit shy" she frowned. "And Sharrkan is just an idiot, there is no way to explain his stupidity with simple words" once again, they really did not get along at all. The small looked up at the new girl. Shyly, she smiled a bit. âYes, my name is Pisti and I just moved here.â
"Its nice to meet you Pisti, welcome to our family" the blue haired female smiled, putting her hands behind her back. "My name is Yamuraiha" it had been quite awhile since she had left her home to come with Sinbad, and she knew it could be strange coming to a new place like this.
A shy smile formed on her face. âThank you. Itâs nice to meet you. Pisti really hoped that sheâd get along with everyone here since she didnât have any friends yet and since she didnât have any friends back in Artemyura that she could write to, all she had was her bird. âI hope that Iâll get along with everyone..â

"Sinbad why is there a creepy old man here?" ~youngwatermage
"Creepy old man?" Break blinked before smiling widely at the girl. "Well isnât she precious?"Â
Sinbad laughed a bit and walked over to Yamuraiha, standing next to her so he could explain. âHeâs going to be staying with us for seven daysâŠhe wonât be here forever, and heâs not so bad. Heâs pretty nice.âÂ
"If you say so" she frowned, not to trusting of this stranger. Not that she would not welcome him. If Sinbad said he was nice she would trust him. Just for now though. Unless he did something bad to her or her friends she would be fine with him being here anyways.

"Who are you miss?" she noticed right away that they looked alike, but didnât mention it.
Yam looks up startled, her eyebrows knitting in confusion.
What the hell?
"My name is Yamuraiha, Water Mage of Sindria. Who might you be as well, you lady?"
"Thats a bit strange, I suppose we have the same name then" that just made the similarities even stranger. "Except I'm just a student right now"

She watched him quietly, covering her mouth slightly, smiling behind her hand. She was not expecting him to do that really, but it was sort of funny. She then nodded, putting her hand down. She thought of that man that had brought her here, he was her friend already. She smiled and nodded âThank you for taking me in then, Misterâ she agreed. At least she could leave behind this, at least for awhile. Maybe one day she would return, but for now staying with this man and his friends seemed the best for her.
"Ew, mister makes me sound old, just call me Sinbad." He laughed and then promptly pulled the girl into a warm hug, ruffling her hair. Always the welcoming type he then promptly turned and let the rest of the crew know that this girl was a brand new addition to their family and that they were to welcome her as such. Naturally Jaâfar didnât look too pleased, but then again, he was never pleased with anyoneânot even Sinbad. He still had not forgiven him for the bath incident the other day, but heâd needed one. So instead he turned his attention back to Yamu when everyone else was secure. "So shall we go find you a room?" He asked, holding out his hand for her.Â
She was about to agree to his request when he suddenly pulled her into a hug. She stared at him quietly, somewhat confused. She didn't really hug people much, and if she did it was only the director. Having a stranger hug her was strange, but not unwelcomed. She didn't return it though before he turned to look at the rest of the people on the ship. Most of them seemed happy to have her around, but a white haired boy that was glaring at her caught her attention. She just frowned and looked away from him, ignoring the cold stare. She nodded as he addressed her again, then she took the elders hand, smiling slightly as she did.

"Yes, this has been my home forever, but the person in charge of it has become corruptâŠand I donât want to become another tool for them to use" she frowned, looking away. The director had treated her like his own child, but she was still wary of staying here. She smiled though at the unintentional pun. "It was still sort of funny" she replied, mostly trying to cheer herself up from such morbid thoughts. She was leaving this place behind that easy? She was glad though, it meant she wouldnât have to worry about it anymore.
Sinbad could tell that she was a bit down, that was no good, so he decided that maybe he would try and get a laugh out of her. âHey Yamu?â When she looked to him and he was sure he had her full attention, he started making a bunch of silly ridiculous faces at her, something he often did to get the others laughing when they were down. The last one was him puffing his cheeks out to the point they were starting to turn red, and were promptly popped, causing air to gush out. âSmile huh? It isnât so bad, youâll have friends, and a place to belong.âÂ
She watched him quietly, covering her mouth slightly, smiling behind her hand. She was not expecting him to do that really, but it was sort of funny. She then nodded, putting her hand down. "Iâm glad, I wouldnât want to be crowding you guys by coming with you" she followed him curiously, looking around. She didnât remember being on a ship like this before. It was nice actually, just looking around was even exciting. Plus if something bad ever happened while she was with them there was a lot of water around. "I just canât stay here any longerâŠnot if I have the chance to leave"
"You donât want to be used right?" He took a guess as he glanced over his shoulder to his new friend, turning back as he started helping the men with the anchor and other things. Theyâd be pushing off any moment now, and he knew that it was better to keep to the passage as much as possible until they got out into the open ocean. "My friend Drakon was like that too, thereâs an assassin boy here too, named Jaâfar, heâs running away as well, so everyone here is in the same boat as youâŠno pun intended." He thought aloud with a sheepish grin.Â

"Who are you miss?" she noticed right away that they looked alike, but didn't mention it.
"Yeah, I wanna go with you guysâŠI canât stay here anymore" she didnât want to become this countries tool. She wouldnât allow that to happen to herself. "O-ohâŠIf you wanna call me Yamu I donât mind" she wasnât used to that, it almost always was Yamuraiha, nicknames werenât common for her.
Sinbad glanced to her before glancing back to the ship that heâd hawked off pirates. âWell weâve got plenty of room.â He stated turning and leading the back onto the deck of the ship. âSo if you want to come with us, youâre more than welcome to.â He grinned then over his shoulder, âParticularly if youâre not happy here.âÂ

"Thatâs okay, it was probably my friend Drakon, heâs been looking for people who want to join us." He stated resting his hands behind his head as he grinned to the young lady. "Itâs nice to meet you too, Iâll call you Yamu. Itâs easy and sounds cute."Â
