Hiii !! I had brain worms related to Yandere / Darling things so now this blog exists

Mostly made for me to yearn and let out my thoughts and also to reblog stuff I like and / or relate too ! !

I'm aware the theme is a bit "childish" but the choice for otters is deliberate :3 personally I relate to the kind of idea of a prey animal that is usually friendly / shy until cornered and then it becomes nasty !

Just to warn people : content on this blog will be triggering to some, it'll include mentions of obsession, possessiveness, abuse (physical, mental, emotional, ect) and possibly even suicide, murder, ect. Basically everything bad you can imagine in relation to like Yandere / Darling stuff because this is basically my new journal. I will do my best to tag things properly though, don't worry !

Hi hi ! Yes, I've met a few but not a lot

We're not personally a therian, or we don't consider ourselves to be. We're just a shapeshifter and we shift to fit whatever we feel like being. It just so happens the main alter who runs this blog is an otter. Sort of like. Actually, it's faceclaim is an otter

We like a lot of animals!! But we especially love moths and cats!! Foxes, wolves and jumping spiders do hold places in our hearts though. But I'd say moths and cats are our number 1s

And,, this question is hard to answer. I am not too sure of the different Yandere types (still sort of new to this community). I've tried looking things up but it is not making much sense to me 😓 I would say, my main traits involve like, low-key stalking / following my darling (or obsession as I usually prefer to call them) everywhere, it sort of depends on who I'm obsessed with but usually i get very "puppy"-like with them (clinging to them, following them around without thinking, whining when I cannot see them and overall being more likely to listen to them than i am to others), i am also very jealous and a little possessive, but i will never show it. Or at least when I do it's nothing big, I usually just pout and grab my obsessions arm (if they're an IRL one anyways), pulling them away or trying to gain their attention back. When it's online though jealousy will low-key make me melt down. I have a tendency to put my obsession rather high up in my inner hierarchy too, obviously I'm still on top (NPD) but they are usually equal to or just below me. I will keep my interest and will even convince myself my obsession likes me even if they've never shown any kind of attraction to me outside of just being friendly (or in one case literally just,, looking at me), and then I'll like them even more because I get convinced I have a chance. However after a while of no reciprocation I will usually lose interest (unless like,, they really got me. Looks over at my 3-4 year long obsession that was never ever reciprocated and only ended because I left the school he was in... /Silly)

Id say I'm mostly a darling only because I want to be taken care of and because I just prefer the term. I would rather be the one being obsessed over and adored, it helps with my ego. But I'll probably end up obsessing over someone who does obsess over me anyways, so likes it'll be mutual. Hopefully.

Thinking about yanderes who are utterly oblivious to the fact their behavior is obsessive. They never had a partner. They've never been in love before. They're awkward, peculiar, lonely people who possess no frame of reference when it comes to healthy attachments.

So what if they've been stalking you and trampling your boundaries? Doesn't everyone do that? It's almost ridiculous how indifferent they are to their intrusive acts, not even bothering to hide it. To them, it's nothing but a flirty gesture.
