#hitting all sorts of povs today hahdhaha i think we r at 3/5 #besides learning a lot abt how to tell multiple stories at once this work was also a memory exercise.. what 👆 bullshit was i up #to at that time ?? there are a lot of references that i assume most people not from where i am won't get #but it's sort of the deal of this one!!! i think it's enjoyable without catching Everything anyway 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ im making my peace w it #ON SOME DAYS. haha but okay my favourite sort of. thing i learned how to do for the students' POVs was to make them #appropriately self-centred!! unlike zs'/jw's. they're tightly wrapped around their own arcs and even though they witness #important scenes to other people (POV characters even) that they will simply not care about #and thus look away from!! not every important scene to one character should be presented as important to all of them!!#basically. 主播 learnt restraint #hahaa this sort of a continuation of that other ask.. something on my mind w these selections #anyway thank you so much for the ask and interest and support !!!! ❤️❤️❤️!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#teachers au #hhfic_asks

They do only have one Music teacher. Zhou Shen says something with a mini jiayou gesture. His hair fluffs up slightly like the flick of a calligraphy brush, making the lightness of his skin shimmer, only a bit steadier than when he had dropped those papers. So animated. Like a little tiger…

He’s never gotten anything less than a could smile less on his student evals. “We learned that Zhou-jiujiu is your form teacher,” Wu-ayi says. “Why didn’t you tell us?” An uncharacteristic sluggishness denotes Yaotao’s reply. “...I’m sorry. Guess I forgot.”

#i'm a big fan of both these scenes hahdha bc this fic has so many POVs i had a lot of fun writing #extremely important scenes to one POV in the POV of other characters that do not know/care/understand HAHAHA #an exercise in externalising internal conflict and then filtering that through the lens of another character!! very engaging to write #excited to see what people think 👆 in mr eagleton's words.. there is no reading of a work which is not also a 're-writing'!#teachers au #hhfic_asks #check the tag for already-answered pages etc etc!#ryoulan
