You're a Runner When..

Over these years, I was able to overcome countless obstacles and discover other passions I have in  life, that I probably wouldn't have been able to do without it. I will never ever give up on trying to get back to running. Easy, rainy four miles today ☁️🌧

I’m really struggling right now with feeling impatient about building mileage, and just wanna jump right into 5 days/30+ miles a week. But I keep reminding myself that things take time and it’s ok to not yet be where I want to be. If I am smart, I’ll get to that point soon enough, even stronger and faster than before

Had one of the BEST runs I’ve had in awhile…just jammed out to a playlist and just ran without thinking. Runs like these are why I do this sport.
