Happy January! I haven’t posted in *forever* partially because I haven’t been running a ton. But I did feel like getting out the other day so I did!

I’m currently focusing on yoga a bunch. I’m doing a 40 day challenge where I do yoga six days a week! So it doesn’t allow too much time for running, but doing all that yoga definitely has me feeling stronger when I do run. Hope everyone is doing well!

my new thing has been just… acting on my ideas. like i thought maybe my desk would look better on a different part of my room so i like. moved it? just like that! i ripped an old anatomy book and stuck the diagrams up on my wall like some kind of old timey victorian doctor. i wanted a starbucks and i walked one and a half miles back and forth in a floridian storm and goddamn it was a good coffee. life is too short babey if you think of something just do it. nike

The public run club has been awesome for me. I have not felt this pressure-free and successful in my running in a LONG time. Today I even ran FIVE miles. If you know me, that doesn’t seem like much. But I honestly have barely managed more than 3 for months and months and have felt so discouraged. I’ve been feeling really good and really free. It’s been awesome.
